This radio-surgical comparison permits the identification of the most suitable CT plane for analysing AEA procidence. The study indicates that high-resolution CT scans of the anterior ethmoid can provide the surgeon with information to define the relationships of the AEA as well as its endonasal accessibility, and this especially in cases of a highly pneumatised ethmoid. Cette étude présente le comportement des dalles béton armé, renforcées ou non, soumises à un effort ponctuel en leur centre. Dans un premier temps au niveau expérimental, l’influence du renforcement est analysée pour les différentes dalles testées au niveau du comportement à rupture et sur le comportement en rigidité. Afin de prédire ce comportement en amont, un modèle capable de prédire la rigidité, les flèches, les déformations de chaque matériau constituant les dalles a été développé. La comparaison des résultats expérimentaux avec ceux issus du modèle est développée et montre une bonne concordance entre résultats expérimentaux et modélisation.

Summary
This study describes the behaviour of reinforced concrete slabs, strengthened or not, subjected to a punctual force at their centres. In a first, experimental stage, the influence of the reinforcement was analysed for the various slabs tested for their behaviour at rupture and for rigidity. In order to predict this behaviour, a model was developed, capable of predicting rigidity, the mid-span displacements and the deformation of each material making up the slabs. The experimental results were compared to those of the model and there was good agreement.
