8. È vietata qualsiasi modifica, innovazione o trasformazione ai locali senza il preventivo consenso scritto della parte locatrice fermo restando che ogni spesa, anche se autorizzata, ivi comprese quelle relative alle pratiche amministrative che fossero necessarie, rimarrà ad integrale carico della parte conduttrice e che gli eventuali lavori o le innovazioni o modificazioni, ove richiesto dalla parte locatrice, verranno rimosse al termine della locazione, sempre a cura e spese della parte conduttrice. Ogni aggiunta che non possa essere tolta senza danneggiare i locali oggetto di locazione e ogni altra innovazione, pur autorizzata, resterà acquisita alla proprietà a titolo gratuito. Sono per intero a carico della parte conduttrice tutti gli adeguamenti, aggiunte e/o innovazioni che norme emanande dovessero imporre per lo svolgimento dell’attività cui è destinata la presente locazione.
9. La parte locatrice si riserva il diritto di visitare o far visitare da tecnico di sua fiducia, con preavviso in forma scritta di almeno 10 (dieci) giorni, salvo urgenza, l’immobile per motivata ragione. In caso di messa in vendita dell’immobile, la parte conduttrice si impegna a consentire la visita dell’immobile una volta la settimana in orario da stabilire.
10. La parte conduttrice è costitutita custode della cosa locata e ne risponderà in caso di danni attribuiti a sua colpa grave o dolo. La parte conduttrice si obbliga a osservare e far osservare le regole di buon vicinato, a non tenere depositi di materiali pericolosi, a non destinare i locali ad uso contrario all’igiene, alla sicurezza, alla tranquillità e al decoro dell’edificio, a non esporre cartelli e/o insegne non regolamentari, impegnandosi a riconsegnare l’immobile alla scandenza libero da persone e cose, pulito in ogni sua parte.

8. Any alteration, renovation or transformation of the premises without the prior written consent of the Lessor is forbidden, provided that any expense, even if authorized, including expenses related to any necessary administrative processes, shall be borne entirely by the Lessee, and that any work, renovation or alteration, whenever requested by the Lessor, shall be removed at the end of the lease at the Lessee’s expense. Any addition that may not be removed without damaging the premises and any other renovation, even if authorized, shall remain the property of the Lessor at no charge. The Lessee shall be responsible for performing any adjustments, additions and/or renovations mandated by any future regulations for the performance of the business conducted in the rented premises.
9. The Lessor shall have the right to visit or have a designated technician visit the building for a legitimate reason, with a written notice of at least 10 (ten) days, except in case of an emergency. In the event that the building is put up for sale, the Lessee agrees and is bound to consent to visitors inspecting the building once a month during the week, based on an agreed-upon schedule.
10. The Lessee is deemed responsible for the rented property and shall be considered liable for any damages due to his/her gross negligence and willful misconduct. The Lessee agrees to abide by and enforce good neighborly conduct, not to maintain deposits of dangerous materials, not to use the premises in ways that would compromise the building’s hygiene, safety, quiet and decorum, not to hang unauthorized posters and/or signs. The Lessee also agrees to return the premises, upon the expiration of the Agreement, free of any person or object and cleaned entirely.

What GUTRON Tablets Are Used for
GUTRON is used to treat the symptoms of idiopathic orthostatic hypotension found in Bradbury-Eggleston or Shy-Drager syndromes. Idiopathic orthostatic hypotension is a fall in blood pressure that occurs upon rising abruptly to an upright position although it may also occur following a period of prolonged standing.
The body's nervous system is responsible for this type of hypotension. GUTRON is administered in those cases where the response to other therapy is not adequate.
GUTRON is also used where hypotension is a consequence of other medical disorders such as diabetes or Parkinson's disease.
Taking Other Medicines
-cardiac glycosides such as digitalis and digoxin. These are medicines taken for heart conditions and are used to reduce heart rate. They may enhance or cause bradycardia, abnormal heart beat or may stop the small electrical impulse that travels through the heart.
-vasoconstrictor sympathomimetic medicines such as phenylephrine, methoxamine and dihydroergotamine. They may enhance the effects of GUTRON.
-salt retaining steroids such as fludrocortisone. You may experience supine hypertension which may be minimized by either reducing the dose of fludrocortisone or decreasing salt intake prior to starting treatment with GUTRON tablets.
-alpha adrenergic blocking agents - GUTRON is an alpha adrenergic receptor stimulant and blocking agents cancel the action of GUTRON.

GUTRON è usato per curare i sintomi dell’ ipotensione ortostatica idiopatica legati alle sindromi di Bradbury-Eggleston o Shy-Drager. L’ipotensione ortostatica idiopatica comporta il calo repentino della pressione sanguigna al passaggio alla posizione eretta, sebbene possa manifestarsi anche dopo una prolungata stazione eretta.

Interazioni con altri medicinali
-glicosidi cardiaci come la digitale e la digossina usati nella cura dell’insufficienza cardiaca per la riduzione del battito cardiaco. Possono accentuare o causare bradicardia, battito anormale o l’arresto dell’impulso elettrico del cuore.
-farmaci vasocostrittori simpaticomimetici come la fenilefrina, la metossamina e la diidroergotamina. Possono accentuare gli effetti di GUTRON.
-mineralcorticoidi come il fludrocortisone. Può verificarsi ipertensione supina che può essere minimizzata riducendo il dosaggio di fludrocortisone o il consumo di sale prima di iniziare la terapia con GUTRON in compresse.
-alfa-bloccanti - GUTRON è uno stimolante dei ricettori alfa-adrenergici e gli agenti bloccanti ne annullano l’effetto.
