Ich werde vor allem im Herrensolistenbereich der Oper, im Damenschauspiel und im Ballett Damen - und Herrenfach eingesetzt. Es ist meine Aufgabe, Perücken, Bärte, Koteletten und Haarteile aller Art nach den Wünschen des jeweiligen Kostümbildners anzufertigen und zu frisieren.
Zu diesem Zweck forme ich Kopf / Kinn des Darstellers ab um passgenauen Haarersatz knüpfen zu können. Zur Herstellung der Chorperücken benutzen wir Holzköpfe. Je nach Kopfgröße und gewünschter Haarfülle beträgt die Knüpfzeit für eine Perücke 40-60 Stunden. Außerdem fertige ich in der Werkstatt auch plastische Gesichtsteile aus Schaum, Silikon oder Gelatine und verschiedenste Masken an.

Se me emplea especialmente en las áreas de solistas de ópera masculinos, personajes femeninos en teatro, y damas y caballeros en ballet. Mi tarea es confeccionar y peinar pelucas, barbas, patillas y piezas de cabello de todo tipo según los deseos del actual encargado de vestuario.
Para dicha actividad, modelo la cabeza / barbilla del personaje con el propósito de fijar con exactitud el cabello postizo. Para elaborar las pelucas de la coreografía utilizamos cabezas de madera. Según el tamaño de la cabeza y la cantidad de cabello deseada, se requieren para fijar el cabello de una peluca entre 40 y 60 horas. Además, elaboro en el taller partes plásticas del rostro con espuma, silicón o gelatina, y también muy diversas máscaras.

Für den Unternehmensgründer Daniel Swarovski war die Realisierung seiner kristallinen Vision nicht nur das Verfolgen unternehmerisch-wirtschaftlicher Ziele, sondern diese ging einher mit dem Willen und Wunsch, den Mitarbeitern ein Leben in sozialer Harmonie und kultureller Entfaltung zu bieten.
Zu einer Zeit, als der Begriff Unternehmenskultur und vor allem die Umsetzung einer solchen weitgehend unbekannt war oder belächelt wurde, verstand Swarovski darunter bereits ein Programm für die Mitarbeiter, das ihnen ein harmonisches soziales Umfeld bieten sollte. Der erste Schritt in diese Richtung wurde mit einem Wohnbauprogramm gesetzt. Ihm folgten eine umfangreiche Sportförderung sowie andere freiwillige Sozialleistungen, die seit mehr als hundert Jahren und vier Generationen Swarovski fixer Bestandteil der Unternehmenskultur sind.

Para Daniel Swarovski, el fundador de la empresa, el realizar su clara visión no era sólo perseguir metas empresariales y económicas, sino que esto iba acompañado de la voluntad y el deseo de ofrecer a sus trabajadores una vida en armonía social y desarrollo cultural.
En una época en que el concepto de cultura empresarial, y en especial su aplicación, eran ampliamente desconocidos o cuestión de mofa, para Swarovski éste ya significaba un programa que debería ofrecer a sus trabajadores un ambiente social armónico. El primer paso en esa dirección se dio con un programa de construcción de vivienda. Después le siguió un extenso fomento deportivo así como otras prestaciones sociales voluntarias, que desde hace más de cien años y cuatro generaciones Swarovski son componente fijo de la cultura empresarial.
