I studied Law. I have a post-graduate qualification in business law : DESS Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité from French Paris II Panthéon Assas University.
I used to work as a lawyer for several financial institutions for many years. I used to write in English and French financial agreements, bond issuance agreements and project finance agreements. I was also in charge of the legal follow-up of the Italian subsidiary. Due to my knowledge of several languages, I was in charge of translating all documents from Italian or Spanish to French when necessary.
I then decided to quit this job and to work as a free-lance translator specialized in the Law area. As a lawyer, I know and understand the contents of the documents to translate, and I can therefore provide for accurate translations. As I used to work for financial institutions, I understand the specificities and constraints of the banking and financial sector.
My main clients have been banks and law firms so far.
