As of 2004 I have been working for the United States government. As an official translator I analyze daily reports, and translate them into English or Italian. I also assist training officials with consecutive translations for required training.

From November 2001 to June 2004 I was a Translator for Orbit Communication Company, Rome, Italy. I provided commercial, technical and legal translation services for a group of multinational managers.

From September to November 2001 I was a Laboratory Instructor at Wall Street School of English, Rome, Italy where I provided tutorial and translation expertise in a multimedia laboratory environment. I also conducted computer training for English on Line.

In 1999 I was a Customer Service Agent for Northwest Airlines, Minneapolis, MN. I provided translational assistance with reservations, ticketing, check-ins, and boarding procedures.

From 1988 to 1991 I was a translator and Night Supervisor for the American Red Cross, Sigonella, Sicily. I interacted with Italian Officials and seven Military commands in relaying Red Cross messages to military personnel and families. I routed messages to the various commands in transit to the combat zone during the First Gulf War.

From 1987 t0 1988 I was a translator for the United States Navy, La Maddalena, Sardinia, I acted as liaison between Italian landlords and 1500 military personnel. I assisted with communications/ translations between Italian utility companies and American families.

In 1984 I was a translator for Neoplan S.p.A Italia, Rome, I translated letters and documents dealing with the manufacture of German tour buses, introduced new customers to the Tour Bus line, and organized inspection tours of the main plant in Stuttgart.

In 1983 I was a translator for Degginger & Hess Wood Exporters, Salzburg, Austria. I translated articles, letters and legal documents dealing with the export of fine woods, maintained office files and records.

From 1980 to 1981 I was the Press secretary / translator, Embassy of Zaire, Rome. I performed research and analysis for the Public Affairs Officer. I was a translator for the Military Attaché and I acted as the Public Relations Officer.

From 1978 to 1980 I was a translator for the Rome Penal Court and Prosecutor's Office. I acted as an oral and written translator in French, English, and German for numerous magistrates during interrogations and courtroom trials.

I Graduated in 1976 from Liceo Ginnasio Augusto, Rome, Italy, with a Humanistic Studies Degree. I studied Foreign Languages and Literature at La Sapienza, Rome, and I studied Dutch language at a university in Ghent, Belgium.
