1.3 Warranty
Applicable for the warranty are the generally recognized terms and conditions or those agreed in the delivery contract.
The warranty is rendered null and void if you
-cause damage to the shutter due to a lack of knowledge of the information provided in these installation operating and Maintenance instructions.
- alter or remove any functional parts
- attach additional structural components to the shutter.
- carry out structural modifications without our prior approval
- undertake improper installation or arrange for same to be carried out by others, contrary to the installation guidelines we have set out
- damage the shutter as a result of improper operation (see section 4.1)
- use the shutter for purposes for which it was not intended (see section1.1)
- fail to have the shutter inspected and maintained at regular intervals as stipulated (see section 5.1)
To prevent the lintel or shutter curtain sustaining damage, take care that the curtain does not touch the lintel when the shutter opens and closes.
Do not operate the shutter if the ZAK gear system is unhooked. This cause :
. Damage to the shutter system.
. Malfunctions when the shutter is operated
In the case of malfunctions in the ZAK gear system a qualified specialist (competent person in accordance with the European Standard
In the event of malfunctions or failure of the closing edge safety device or roll-up safety device, you can operate the shutter in emergency mode by dead mans control.
In this regard, follow the instructions in the manual supplied with the control unit.

1-3 الضمان
تسري على هذا الضمان الشروط والأحكام العامة المعتمدة أو تلك المتفق عليها في عقد التسليم.
و يعد الضمان لاغياً وباطلاً في حالة تسببكم في وقوع أحد الأمور التالية:
- إلحاق الضرر بالبوابة نتيجة الجهل بالمعلومات الواردة في تلك التعليمات الخاصة بالتركيب والتشغيل والصيانة.
- تغيير أو إزالة أي جزء من الأجزاء الوظيفية.
- إضافة أية مكونات هيكلية إضافية إلى البوابة.
- القيام بأية تعديلات هيكلية دون الحصول على موافقتنا المسبقة.
- سوء التركيب أو الاتفاق مع الغير الذي يؤدي إلى ذات النتيجة بالمخالفة لتعليمات التركيب الموضوعة من قبلنا.
- إلحاق الضرر بالبوابة نتيجةً لسوء التشغيل (راجع البند 4-1)
- استخدام البوابة في غير الأغراض المخصصة لها.
- عدم الالتزام بفحص و صيانة البوابة بصفةٍ دورية على النحو المنصوص عليه (راجع البند 5-1)
للحيلولة دون إلحاق الضرر بعتب البوابة أو الحصيرة الخاصة بها، احرص على عدم تماس حصيرة البوابة بالعتب عند فتح البوابة أو غلقها.
لا تقم بتشغيل البوابة إذا ما كانت منظومة تروس (زاك) مفكوكة حيث أن ذلك يؤدي إلى:
• إلحاق الضرر بمنظومة البوابة.
• وقوع أعطال عند تشغيل البوابة.
وفي حالة وقوع أعطال في منظومة تروس (زاك) يتعين استدعاء أحد المختصين المؤهلين (شخص يتميز بالكفاءة وفقاً للمعايير القياسية الأوربية) لإصلاحها.
أما في حالة حدوث أعطال أو قصور في جهاز أمان عتبة البوابة أو جهاز أمان طي البوابة، فيمكنكم تشغيل البوابة في وضع الطوارئ باستخدام أداة أمان التشغيل.
ويرجى إتباع التعليمات الواردة في الدليل الملحق بوحدة التحكم بهذا الخصوص.

In addition, I lecture in General Linguistics, Translation Theory & Practice, Phonetics, Syntax, Morphology,Lexicography and Semantics to undergraduates at the English Language Departments at the Faculties of Arts and Education.
