Työn tavoitteena on saada selkeästi osoitettava painelaitteiden seurantajärjestelmä jätelämpökattiloille ja putkistolle. Järjestelmällä voidaan osoittaa tarkastuslaitokselle, että laitteiden toimintaa seurataan säännöllisin väliajoin. Tarkastus ja mittauskohdat on selvästi osoitettavissa kuvin.
Työssä laadittiin jätelämpökattiloiden ja putkistojen kunnonvalvontapisteet ja mittalinjat. Mittapisteiden laadinnassa käytettiin hyväksi jo tunnettuja rikkoutumismekanismeja. Mittapisteillä ja mittapistekuvilla varmistetaan oikea mittauskohta, jolloin voidaan seurata kattilan kulumista erilaisin trendein. Lisäksi tein vertailuja erilaisten NDT-menetelmien sopivuudesta kattilavaurioiden tarkastuksiin. Työssä selvitettiin mittaajien pätevöimiseen tarvittavia menettelyjä.
Laitteistojen kunnossapitomittaukset on aloitettu tehtyjen mittapisteiden ja linjojen mukaan jätelämpökattilan 1 ja putkistojen osalta.
On selvää, että mittauksien kohdentamisessa on vielä kehiteltävää. Voi olla, että ensimmäisen mittauskierroksen jälkeen mittauspisteiden määrä lisääntyy tai vähenee. Palavien nesteiden putkistojen osuus tulee varmasti vielä tulevina vuosina muuttumaan. Palavat nesteet kuuluvat vielä vanhan menettelyn piiriin suurelta osalta.
| Translation - English
The aim of the task is to find a clearly demonstrable system for monitoring pressure equipment for waste heat boilers and piping. The system proves to the regulatory authority that equipment operation is monitored at regular intervals. Inspection and measurement points can be shown clearly on diagrams.
Monitoring points and measurement lines for waste heat boilers and piping were compiled on the job. To this end, I availed of proven breakdown mechanisms. Measurement points and measurement point diagrams serve to establish the measurement point at which wear and tear on a boiler can be monitored correctly by means of various trends. Additionally, I compared the suitability of various NDT methods for inspecting damage to boilers. Procedures for the validation of gauges were part of what I investigated.
Maintenance measurements of the equipment have begun for selected measurement points and lines with respect to Waste Heat Boiler 1 and piping.
It is obvious that the allocation of measurements needs to be developed. The number of measurement points may increase or decrease after the first set of measurements. The content with respect to piping for flammable liquids will certainly change in years to come. Flammable liquids are still largely classified as belonging to the existing method.
