Наверное, сейчас не имеет значения, был ли тот или иной фигурант сепара¬тизма специально заслан извне для выполнения задания, а потом, поддав¬шись искушению власти и денег, ре¬шил вести самостоятельную игру, выйдя из подчинения хозяев, или же он сформировался в самой Чечне, в усло¬виях тотальной безработицы и крайне¬го социального напряжения. Важны общие губительные результаты дея¬тельности таких людей, независимо от того, откуда они прибыли, поскольку страдания, нищета, одичание, насилие и работорговля, небывалый разгул преступности приняли беспрецеден¬тный размах с началом сепаратистских игр в Чечне. Чем дольше длится раз¬рушительная деятельность сепарати¬стов, тем больше преступлений совер¬шается ими. Они смертельно боятся, что рано или поздно им придется отве¬тить: ради чего были причинены столь тяжкие и неисчислимые страдания, ради чего погибли сотни тысяч непо¬винных людей? В какой мере оправда¬ны эти жертвы, и кто ответит за униже¬ние и разграбление народа? Страшась ответственности и народного гнева, сепаратисты множат преступления, го¬товые принести в жертву даже боль¬шую часть народа, чтобы удержаться у власти. | Translation - English
It probably doesn’t matter now whether one or another pretender of separatism was sent in from the outside to fulfill an assignment and having then yielded to the temptation of authority and money, decided to play an independent game after getting out from under his masters’ authority; or whether it was formed in Chechnya itself under the conditions of total unemployment and extreme social stress. Important are the general disastrous results of such people’ activity regardless of where they came from, since suffering, misery, savageness, violence and slave trade, unprecedented revelry of criminality took on unprecedented dimensions from the very beginning of the separatism games in Chechnya. The longer the destructive activity of separatists lasts, the more crimes they commit. They are in mortal fear than sooner or later they would have to answer: why were such heavy and innumerable sufferings caused, why did hundreds of thousands of innocent people die? To which degree are these victims justified and who will answer for humiliation and plunder of the people? Being afraid of responsibility and national anger, separatists multiply their crimes, ready to sacrifice an even larger part of the nation to hold on to their authority. |
