I am a qualified translator with a Diploma in Translation from the Chartered Institute of Linguists in the UK. My mother tongue is Swedish, however I have lived and worked in London, UK for the past twelve years and currently live in Toronto, Canada. I am therefore able to conduct English to Swedish as well as Swedish to English translations, proofreading and editing work.

In addition to my Diploma I also hold a bachelors degree in business studies and languages and have completed several other language courses in Sweden, Germany and the UK.

My professional background is in international banking, finance and marketing and I have worked for large blue chip financial institutions for over a decade mostly based in the City of London. During this time I managed a wide range of projects involving agencies based across a number of international locations.

Throughout my career I have utilised my strong linguistic skills and have been involved in the translation, proofreading, editing and localisation of client literature, contracts, marketing campaigns and web material.
