Bio
I am the Manager of Training and Education at Across. I started working regularly with the translation management system even while studying translation sciences at the University of Heidelberg. Immediately after obtaining my Master's degree, I joined Across, initially in the Support department.
Later on, I also took on premium support and consulting duties. Thus, I am familiar with typical user issues from various perspectives. Since June 2012, I have mainly focused on the preparation and performance of training sessions, in which I share my experience with Across customers.
