Base-n Calculations
- In addition to decimal values, calculations can be performed using binary, octal and hexadecimal values.
- You can specify the default number system to be applied to all input and displayed values, and the number system for individual values you input.
- You cannot use scientific functions in binary, octal, decimal, and hexadecimal calculations. You cannot input values that include decimal part and exponent.
- If you input a value that includes a decimal part, the unit automatically cuts off the decimal part.
- Negative binary, octal, and hexadecimal values are produced by taking the two's complement.
- You can use the following logical operators between values in Base-n calculations: AND (logical product), OR (logical sum), XOR (exclusive logical sum), XNOR (exclusive logical sum negation), NOT (negation), and NEG (minus). | Translation - Hungarian

Layer 1 contains components that would not have major impact on WQS’s IT environment. These systems are well defined, have well defined boundaries and scope and in many cases could be “slotted” into their places because they can exist stand-alone and have relatively small interfaces to other systems. Intuitively, these are the “easy” systems that can be implemented without a major revolution to the infrastructure and without affecting other corporate systems. Typically, “quick hits” type of systems would be contained in this layer.
Layer 2 contains components that would require modifications to WQS’s IT infrastructure for their successful implementation. These systems are more complex or difficult than the ones in layer 1. They need to interface more extensively both with the systems within this layer and also across layer 1 and layer 2 boundary. Implementation of these systems or performing the activities in this layer requires, in general, more detailed investigation of interfacing functionality of other WQS systems and impacts the IT environment. This layer contains important business function supporting systems.
Layer 3 contains components that would require architectural change in WQS’s IT environment. These are most complex support systems that require in-depth investigations before their launch and extensive interfaces across layers 1 and 2 and also within the layer 3 itself. Layer 3 normally contains systems critical to the functioning of the business and systems that require most effort to implement.

3. Confidant may disclose the Confidential Information to its responsible employees but only to the extent necessary to carry out the purposes for which the Confidential Information was disclosed, and Confidant agrees to instruct all such employees not to disclose such Confidential Information to third parties, including consultants, without the prior written permission of Company. f) Sub-contracting is the only allowed form of collaboration with firms which have not been short-listed and only on condition that the tenderer explicitly states that it is the sole party which will be contractually liable. If the tenderer intends to subcontract one or more parts of the contracted services, this must be clearly stated by the tenderer in its Tender submission form;
g) Even if sub-contracting is allowed, the short-listed candidate must intend to carry out the major part of the services itself. The total value of the sub-contracted part of the services must not exceed 30 % of the contract value and the sub-contractor must not sub-contract further;
h) All sub-contractors must be eligible for the contract. If the identity of the intended sub-contractor is already known at the time of submitting the tender, the tenderer must furnish a statement guaranteeing the eligibility of the sub-contractor. If any sub-contractor identified in this way does not meet the eligibility criteria, the tender shall be rejected. If the identity of the sub-contractor is not known at the time of submitting the tender, any sub-contract must be awarded according to Article 4 of the General Conditions of the contract, subject to the limit on the total value of the sub-contracted services stated in g) above.

f) A zártkörű listán nem szereplő cégek csak alvállalkozókként vehetnek részt a projektben, de csak azzal a kikötéssel, hogy a pályázó kifejezetten nyilatkozik arról, hogy ő maga a szerződéses kötelezettségek teljesítéséért kizárólagos felelősséget vállal. Ha a pályázó a szerződéssel vállalt szolgáltatások egy vagy több részét alvállalkozókkal kívánja elvégeztetni, erről a pályázónak a pályázati dokumentációban világosan nyilatkoznia kell;
g) Még akkor is, ha az alvállalkozás megengedett, a zártkörű listán szereplő jelöltektől elvárt, hogy a szolgáltatások nagyobb részét maguk végezzék el.
