I'm a freelance translator and interpreter of the Vietnamese language, and a translator of the Japanese language living in San Jose, California. I have been an avid scholar of Vietnamese for over ten years and have lived and worked in the Vietnamese community for the duration of that time. I speak Vietnamese in my home and do business with over half my clients in the landscaping and construction industry in Vietnamese. I have also traveled to Vietnam many times for the purpose of studying the language. I have been studying extensively for the California Court Interpreter Bilingual Vietnamese-English examination, and have passed the written portion. I have also volunteered as a medical interpreter for Vietnamese patients on a number of occasions.

Another of my passions is for the Japanese language. I obtained a bachelor's degree in the Japanese language from San Francisco State University in2015 and I am planning to obtain more credentials in this language.

Besides Vietnamese and Japanese, I have great pride in my writing skills in my native language. Also, as I have been working freelance in other trades for over ten years, I have experience working and negotiating with individual clients. I will do my utmost to complete every translation to the best of my ability. One of the rules I live by is that I only accept payment when the client is happy with the final product.
