We are a husband/wife partnership, Janet translating into English and Giuseppe into Italian.

Janet has worked for many years in international organisations, doing newsletter and editing work, and then education - teaching English language in multi-national companies for the British Council and at university level in different countries - while continuing translation work as a secondary and now as a primary occupation.

Giuseppe too worked for many years in an international airline as director of freight operations in a number of different countries. He became interested in translation and now, having retired from his previous occupation, translates full time. He has been more involved in the technical side of translation work and has worked on instruction manuals, the automotive industry, freight concerns, etc.

We consult each other regularly so that we can be sure of achieving the closest possible translation to the original meanings. We take pride in our work - and we enjoy it!

We have carried out translation successfully in a large number of different fields for international agents and clients.

We live and work 7-8 months a year in London and the remaining months in Umbria, Italy. Our e-mail address remains the same wherever we are. Apart from enjoying living in the two countries and cultures, we believe this to be very beneficial in keeping our language skills honed and current.

We use PCs, with MS 2000.
