Freelance translator, reviewer, editor and interpreter in many fields in
both Greece and the UK for over 20 years. I am currently working as a
freelance translator GR>EN (specializing in medical, legal, clinical
trials, finance etc.) and interpreter (specializing in medical, legal and
public services) in London for various agencies. including GOSH
bank, LanguageLine Solutions, Capita, Language Empire, DA Languages, Icon PLC
and OneDocument Translations amongst others.

2007---- Patient Advocate at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children

Patient Advocate at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children liaising between patients and specialist medical teams to ensure that patients and their families are able to have a full understanding of their complex medical conditions and the specialized procedures and treatments required. This includes the translation of detailed and technically complex documents and manuals required for comprehension of pre-and post-hospital care.
