My mind is depressed.
My spirit is lost.
My spirit is lonely.
Who is in charge? Where is the master? Who coordinates this tema of the three aspects of you?
You are only a body. You are not only a mind. You are not only a spirit. YOU are the master. The body, mind and spirit are your servants, your servants to nurture, direct and use.
Most people have learned to cope with their bodies’ desires. But the mind is poorly understood. People do not feel in control of their minds. The mind is allowed to play out any role totally undirected.
Your mind can prod you into fights, make you feel depressed enough to kill yourself; to keep you ill; make you abuse your child; make you choose a spouse who expects you to be a mother image or father image, or make you break out in allergies.
The purpose of this book is to give you understanding and put you in control of your mind. “Man is made or unmade by himself.”

Mi mente está deprimida.
Mi espíritu está perdido.
Mi espíritu se siente solo.
¿Quién es el responsable? ¿Dónde está el amo?
¿Quién coordina estos tres aspectos de su ser?
Ud. no es sólo un cuerpo, ni sólo una mente, ni sólo un espíritu. USTED es el amo: El cuerpo, la mente y el espíritu son sus sirvientes; y están a su disposición para ser educados, dirigidos y usados.
La mayoría de las personas aprenden a manejar su cuerpo y algunos de sus deseos. Pero la mente nunca se comprende bien. La gente no siente que pueda controlar su mente y, entonces le permite desempeñar cualquier rol a su antojo.

Partió desde cero y llegó a aproximadamente 30.000 avistadores de ballenas en solo cuatro años.
