Root cause:
The cylinder heads may crack at the inlet port of cylinder(s) 1, 2, 4 and/or 5, as a consequence of undesired stress concentration in the material. The damage occurs between the coolant channel and the inlet port, starting at the coolant channel.
Diagnosis.
• Ensure that coolant loss is actually occurring.
• Pressure-test the cooling system as described in Group 2 of the workshop manual. You will find this information in Service Rapido.
• If you cannot detect any leakage, disassemble the inlet manifold and inspect for coolant traces and/or cracks using a flashlight or an inspection lamp. If a crack is detected, the cylinder head(s) must be replaced.
• If no cracks are visible in the inlet port from the outside, disassemble the cylinder head and remove the inlet valve from the long inlet port. Inspect the inlet port from the valve end to check if there are any cracks in the inlet port.
• If in doubt, pressure-test the coolant channels of the cylinder head so as described in the component manual XE engine.
• As soon as a crack is detected in the long inlet port the head must be replaced as mentioned under “solution”.
• If you do not detect any leaks here, continue to search for another cause.
Any cracks in the inlet port would occur in the long inlet port of cylinder(s) 1, 2, 4 and/or 5.
Solution:
If the result of the diagnosis is 2 cracked cylinder heads in the long inlet port, replace both. If only one cylinder head is cracked, replace both cylinder heads for vehicles in the warranty period. For vehicles outside the warranty period, discuss with the customer to change both cylinder heads. Please note that the new cylinder heads have been specially priced to provide customer support. | Translation - Czech
Hlavní příčina:
Hlavy válců mohou prasknout na vstupním portu válců 1, 2, 4 nebo 5 následkem nežádoucí koncentrace namáhání materiálu. K poškození dochází mezi kanálem chladící kapaliny a vstupním portem, počínaje u chladícího kanálu.
Diagnóza.
• Ujistěte se, zda skutečně dochází ke ztrátě chladící kapaliny.
• Otestujte chladící systém pod tlakem dle popisu ve Skupině 2 dílenského návodu. Tyto informace najdete v Service Rapido.
• Pokud nemůžete najít žádný průsak, rozeberte vstupní rozdělovač a hledejte stopy chladící kapaliny nebo praskliny s kapesní svítilnou nebo hledací lampou. Pokud zjistíte prasklinu, je nutné vyměnit hlavu/y válců.
• Když nelze pozorovat žádné praskliny na vstupním portu zvenčí, rozeberte hlavu válce a vyjměte vstupní ventil z dlouhého vstupního portu. Prozkoumejte vstupní port od ventilu a zkontrolujte, zda ve vstupním portu nejsou žádné praskliny.
• Pokud máte pochybnosti, otestujte pod tlakem kanály chladící kapaliny podle popisu v návodu k součástkám motoru XE.
• Jakmile najdete prasklinu v dlouhém vstupním portu, je nutné hlavu vyměnit podle popisu pod nadpisem „řešení“
• Pokud zde nenajdete žádné průsaky, pokračujte hledáním jiné příčiny.
Praskliny ve vstupním portu by se vždy objevily ve vstupním portu válců 1, 2, 4 nebo 5.
Řešení
Když jsou výsledkem diagnózy 2 prasklé hlavy válců v dlouhém vstupním portu, vyměňte obě. Pokud je prasklá pouze jedna hlava válce, u vozidel v záruce vyměňte obě hlavy válců. U vozidel mimo záruku doporučte zákazníkovi výměnu obou hlav válců. This manual describes the printer functions of the AR-5316/5320 digital multifunctional system.
Basic machine procedures (adding paper, replacing the toner cartridge, using peripheral devices)
Resolving printer problems
Note that if "Auto tray switching" (in the user programs) is enabled on a 2-tray model and "Auto Select" is selected in "Paper Source" in the printer driver, the machine will automatically switch to the other tray and continue printing.
Before printing, make sure that the paper size set in "Set Tray Status" of the printer driver is the same as the size of paper loaded in the tray. (See "CONFIGURING THE PRINTER DRIVER" in the Software Setup Guide.) When printing, if you select the paper tray with the correct size of paper for the document to be printed, printing will take place correctly (select the paper tray in "Paper source" in the "Paper" tab of the printer driver setup screen).
For detailed information on the settings in the printer driver and Print Status Window, see the help files for each.
This manual explains how to install and configure the software that is required for the printer functions of the machine. The procedure for viewing the Online Manual is also explained.
INSTALLING THE PRINTER DRIVER
Read the message in the readme window and then click the "Next" button.
When the finish screen appears, click the "OK" button.
Configure the printer driver settings as explained in "CONFIGURING THE PRINTER DRIVER" (p. 9).
Insert the cable into the USB connector on the machine.
Insert the other end of the cable into the your computer's USB connector.
Plug the cable into the parallel connector on the machine, and fasten with the clasps.
Plug the other end of the cable into your computer's parallel connector.
Be sure to configure the above "Set Tray Status" settings, and then when printing specify a tray other than "Auto Select" in "Paper Source" in the "Paper" tab of the printer driver setup screen.
The Online Manual provides detailed instructions for operating the machine as a printer. View the Online Manual when you use the printer functions after the initial setup is completed.

Tento návod popisuje funkce digitálního multifunkčního systému AR-5316/5320 v roli tiskárny.
Základní postupy při práci se zařízením (doplňování papíru, výměna toneru, používání periferních zařízení)
Řešení problémů s tiskárnou
Povšimněte si, že pokud je zapnuto "Automatické přepínání zásobníků" v Uživatelských programech u modelu s dvěma zásobníky a zároveň je v ovladači tiskárny jako “Zdroj papíru” vybráno “Automatický výběr”, zařízení automaticky přepne na další zásobník papíru a pokračuje v tisku.
Než začnete tisknout, přesvědčte se, zda je velikost papíru nastavená v položce “Nastavit stav zásobníku” v ovladači tiskárny stejná jako velikost papíru založeného v zásobníku. (Viz “nastavení ovladače tiskárny” v Návodu pro nastavení softwaru.) Když pro tisk vyberete zásobník se správnou velikostí papíru pro tištěný dokument, proběhne tisk správně (zásobník se vybírá v položce “Zdroj papíru” v záložce “Papír” v okénku nastavení ovladače tiskárny).
Podrobnosti o nastavení ovladače tiskárny a o Okně stavu tisku najdete v jejich souborech s nápovědou.
Tento návod popisuje instalaci a konfiguraci softwaru, který je zapotřebí k tisku pomocí tohoto zařízení. Popisuje také postup zobrazení Elektronického návodu k použití.
Instalace tiskového ovladače
Přečtěte si zprávu v okně readme a pak klepněte na tlačítko “Další”.
Až se objeví okénko Dokončit, klepněte na tlačítko “OK”.
Nastavte ovladač tiskárny podle popisu v části “Nastavení ovladače tiskárny” (str. 9).
Připojte kabel do konektoru USB na zařízení.
Připojte druhý konec kabelu do konektoru USB na vašem počítači.
Připojte kabel do paralelního konektoru na zařízení a upevněte jej pomocí spon.
Připojte druhý konec kabelu do paralelního konektoru na vašem počítači.
Určitě proveďte výše uvedené nastavení “Nastavit stav zásobníku”, a pro tisk pak zvolte jiný zásobník než “Automatický výběr” v položce “Zdroj papíru” v záložce “Papír” okénka pro nastavení ovladače tiskárny.
