General overview
The CRYOVAC<:fc 1>® <:/fc>VS90 is a robust vacuum packaging machine designed for consumer and medium industrial size packs of fresh meat, sausage and cheese. It incorporates many new features made possible by the latest advances in vacuum packaging technology.

The <:v "VS90" 1> is controlled by a PLC (programmable logic control) system which monitors and sequences each phase of the machine during operation. It incorporates fifteen recipes with parameters that can be customized to suit particular requirements. Programming is self-explanatory and made via a touchscreen control panel.
Vacuum and sealing controls also incorporate state of the art technology. A feature called VCS (Vacuum Control System) optimizes the vacuum process for wet and damp products and a patented sealing control ensures that good seals are made; even on badly contaminated or folded bag necks.
The precut system fitted to the <:v "VS90" 1> consists of two rotary blade assemblies, one mounted on each side of the infeed table. Each assembly has two blades which act together in scissor fashion to cut the bag necks. The driven blade is located below the level of the belt and the other above. The system is relatively trouble free in operation and only requires maintenance when the blades begin to go blunt. This will be apparent by bags which have not been cut cleanly and bags which turn as they pass though the blades.
Designed with ergonomics and safety in mind, the <:v "VS90" 1> is easy to use and simple to maintain. It meets all relevant European legislation for safety and hygiene. The well proven mechanical guarding system is complemented by a sophisticated control circuit.

Kiekvienas agregatas turi du ašmenis, kurie kartu veikia žirklių principu maišelių kakleliams nupjauti. Varomasis ašmuo yra žemiau diržo lygio, o kitas – aukščiau. Ši sistema sąlyginai negenda eksploatavimo metu; tik tada, kai ašmenys atšimpa, reikia atlikti techninę priežiūrą.
