Thank you for taking the time to report this problem. Installing or updating software, changing security settings, or upgrading your firewall or proxy settings can prevent the PageRank feature from functioning. Users who work behind a proxy or firewall often encounter this problem.
Unfortunately, we do not have a solution to pass along at this time. Our Toolbar engineering team is investigating this issue, and we hope to release an improved version of the PageRank feature in the future. In the meantime, we recommend that you disable PageRank by performing the steps below:
1. Click on the "Options" button on your Toolbar.
2. Un-check the box next to "PageRank display."
3. Click "OK."

How do I disable runtime errors that appear when a popup is blocked?

You can avoid receiving script errors by returning Microsoft Internet Explorer's Advanced Settings to their default configuration. To make this change, please follow the steps below:
1. Click on "Tools" > "Internet Options" > "Advanced."
2. Check the box entitled "Disable script debugging."
3. Uncheck the box entitled "Display a notification about every script error."
4. Click "OK."
Finally, close all Internet Explorer windows and launch a new window so that this change can take effect.
How can I open a link that the Popup Blocker is blocking?

Thank you for taking the time to report this problem. We are aware of this bug, and our Toolbar engineering team is working to find a solution.
Other users have found that they can work around this problem by whitelisting the site that you access your mail from. To add a site to your whitelist, visit the site and press the Popup Blocker button. The button text will change to read "Popups okay," indicating that the Popup Blocker is disabled on the site in question.
Alternatively, you can always allow a new window to open by holding down the Ctrl key while you click on the Reply or Forward link.
