AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION:

I specialize in the translation of legal business documents from French into English. These documents have consisted mostly of legal and business correspondence, financial reports, French news articles, and legal pleadings. While translating documents throughout the course of highly complex litigation, I have maintained a high standard of ethics and confidentiality. Many of my translations have been used in depositions, interviews, and as exhibits to pleadings. In addition to my professional experience as translator, I hold a BA in political science and French literature from the University of California, Berkeley. During my undergraduate career, I spent one year at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Lyon, France. As a result, I am familiar with the language of political and social sciences, in both French and English.
