After years of serving as an interpreter for an American University located in Italy, I am currently a freelance professional translator, specialising in European issues, environment, civil engineering, as well as social issues, law and tourism.
My areas of expertise are officially accredited by AITI, the Italian Association of Translators and Interpreters.
My clientele include national and international institutions, such as USAF, the Italian Minister of Justice, the local Health Services Unit. I have worked as an external freelance translator for the European Parliament.
Two published translations with the Italian publishing company Edizioni Simone in 2006.
I am a member of AITI (the Italian Association of Translators and Interpreters) and ATA (the American Translators Association).
Professional equipment consists of uptodate hardware and software, including SDL Trados 2006.
