SPECIALTY FIELDS
IT
I worked with a leading localization company specializing on IT for 2 years. Since 2006, I have been working in the area extensively and I work with the two leading localization companies of Asia. Projects I've completed and still work with include software localization and user manuals, hardware user manuals, web site content, User Manuals and User Interface texts for electronic devices such as GPS, projectors, mobile telephones. I also provide UI translations for Medical Devices. Some of the brands I've been currently providing translations (and proofreading) for include ASUS, Dell, PC-Doctor, Sonic, AMD, Full Tilt Poker, Sony Ericsson and Vodafone.
Medical Devices
I worked for Linguist Dil Hizmetleri as a full-time translator between March 2003 - May 2005 mainly on medical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic areas. Our specialties included medical trials, regulatory texts, informed consent forms, material safety data sheets, certificates, medical device IFU's, press releases, and various articles on medical and cosmetic areas. Companies we worked for includes Avon, Abbott, Farmatek, Christian Dior, Kozmosan, Kansuk.
I have been translating IFU's for a leading in vitro diagnostic device family on a continuing basis since 2006. Also I provide regular translations on medical technology area (vascular, urology, oncology, surgical specialty).
