Die Verantwortlichkeiten und Befugnisse der Mitarbeiter, die im Rahmen des Arbeitsschutzmanagementsystems Aufgaben wahrnehmen, sind festgelegt. Es wurde ein Mitglied der obersten Leitung beauftragt zu überprüfen, ob das Arbeitsschutzmanagementsystem richtig umgesetzt wird und den Anforderungen des Unternehmens entspricht. Die Rolle, die Verantwortlichkeiten und die Befugnisse des beauftragten Managementmitarbeiters sind klar definiert.
Es konnte festgestellt werden, dass sich die Mitarbeiter mit Managementfunktionen für eine ständige Verbesserung der Arbeitsschutzleistung einsetzen.
Die im Unternehmen eingesetzten Mitarbeiter verfügen über die erforderliche Ausbildung, Schulung und /oder Erfahrung für die ihnen gestellten Aufgaben im Rahmen des Arbeitsschutzmanagementsystems. Schulungen werden in Abhängigkeit von den Verantwortlichkeiten, Kenntnissen und dem Bildungsstand als auch in Abhängigkeit vom Risiko, dem die Arbeitnehmer ausgesetzt sind, angeboten und durchgeführt.
Ein den Anforderungen der OHSAS 18001 entsprechendes Bewusstsein für die Belange des Arbeitnehmerschutzes konnte bei der Befragung der Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens festgestellt werden.
Die Information der Arbeitnehmer über die Arbeitsschutzpolitik, über Änderungen am Arbeitsplatz, die sich auf die Gesundheit und die Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz auswirken und über die Person des Beauftragten für Arbeitnehmerschutz wird sichergestellt.
Die im Unternehmen erstellte Arbeitsschutzdokumentation erfüllt die Forderungen der OHSAS 18001.
Die zur Lenkung von Dokumenten und Daten getroffenen Regelungen stellen die Auffindbarkeit, die regelmäßige Überprüfung, die Aktualisierung der Dokumente und Daten, die Entfernung von veralteten Dokumenten und Daten sowie die Archivierung, in Übereinstimmung mit den Anforderungen, sicher.
Maßnahmen zur Notfallvorsorge wurden getroffen.

Sunt stabilite responsabilităţile şi competenţele colaboratorilor, care îşi asumă sarcini în cadrul sistemului de management al SSO.
Un reprezentant al conducerii superioare a fost desemnat pentru a verifica dacă sistemul de management al SSO este implementat corect şi dacă acesta corespunde cerinţelor companiei. Rolurile, responsabilităţile şi competenţele reprezentantului desemnat de conducere sunt clar definite.
S-a putut stabili că angajaţii cu funcţii de conducere au făcut eforturi pentru o ameliorare continuă a eficienţei SSO.
Angajaţii desemnaţi din cadrul companiei dispun de educaţia necesară, instruirea şi /sau experinţa necesare îndeplinirii sarcinilor atribuite în cadrul sistemului de management al SSO.
Instruirile vor fi oferite şi realizate în funcţie de responsabilităţile, cunoştinţele şi nivelul de formare precum şi în funcţie de riscul căruia îi sunt expuşi angajaţii.
Prin chestionarea angajaţilor companiei, s-a putut aprecia că protecţia la locul de muncă este corespunzătoare cerinţelor OHSAS 18001.
Este garantată informarea angajaţilor referitoare la politica SSO, la schimbările de la locul de muncă, ce au repercusiuni asupra sănătăţii şi securităţii la locul de muncă, şi schimbările referitoare la persoana desemnată ca responsabilă pentru sănătatea şi securitatea ocupaţională.
Documentaţia realizată în cadrul companiei este conformă cu cerinţele OHSAS 18001.
Reglementările emise pentru managementul documentelor şi al datelor asigură localizarea, verificarea periodică, actualizarea documentelor şi a datelor, eliminarea celor care nu mai sunt de actualitate precum şi arhivarea în conformitate cu cerinţele.
