- Hai bên đảm bảo tuân thủ các điều khoản của Hợp Đồng. Không được tự ý hủy hợp đồng nếu không được sự đồng ý của đối tác.
- Các điều khoản trong hợp đồng này chỉ được chỉnh sửa khi có yêu cầu bằng văn bản và được sự chấp thuận của cả 2 bên.
-Nếu có bất kỳ tranh chấp, hai bên cần thảo luận để đề ra giải pháp. Trường hợp không thể tìm được giải phải qua thảo luận, mỗi bên đều có quyền đưa tranh chấp ra tòa án có thẩm quyền ở Đồng Nai. Án phí do bên bị xử thua chi trả.
-Hợp đồng này được lập thành 2 bản tiếng Việt và 2 bản tiếng Anh có chữ ký của cả 2 bên. Mỗi bên giữ 2 bản có giá trị như nhau.		Translation - English
- The two parties guarantee to comply the terms of the Contract. One cannot terminate the contract without the agreement from the other.
- The terms of this contract can only be edited with a written request and an mutual agreement.
- For any dispute, the two parties shall discuss for a solution. In case discussing cannot solve it, either one can bring the dispute to the authorized court in Dong Nai. The expenses are paid by the loser.
- This contract is made into 2 copies in Vietnamese and 2 copies in English with the signatures of both parties. Each party keeps two copy of the same validity.
