Patients with multi-vessel disease, where there is 50% or greater diameter reduction in two or more native coronary arteries.
Patients with symptomatic ischemic disease and diabetes mellitus presenting discrete de novo and in-stent restenotic lesions (length 30 mm) in native coronary arteries with a reference vessel diameter of 2.25 mm to 4.00 mm.
In patients with diabetes mellitus, the CYPHER Sirolimus-eluting Stent has been shown to significantly reduce binary restenosis, repeat target lesion revascularization, and angiographic late loss up to 24 months after implantation, when compared to a bare metal stent or the TAXUS* stent.

The Analog Slave Cable is used to transfer monitoring output from patient monitors to the analog input ports of the Vigilance Monitor series or compatible Edwards monitoring systems.
The cable has instrument specific connectors.
The accuracy of slaved measurements depends upon the quality and accuracy of the data transmitted from the monitor.
To aid in determining the quality of the analog signals, regularly compare the values displayed on the main monitor to the values displayed on the Edwards Monitor.

Inflation device
1. Release the lock lever and allow the piston to move forward into neutral position (0 atm).
2. To inflate the balloon, engage the lock lever, turn the palm grip on the piston clockwise slowly until the desired pressure is reached.
3. To gradually deflate the balloon, turn the palmgrip on the piston counterclockwise slowly until the desired deflation pressure is reached.

Többérbetegségben szenvedő betegek, akiknél 50%-os vagy nagyobb átmérőcsökkenés tapasztalható két vagy több koszorúérben.
A koronária artériák de novo vagy resztenotizált léziói (hossz 30 mm) következtében kialakult, tüneteket okozó ischaemiás szívbetegség és diabetes mellitus, 2,25–4,00 mm-es referencia-érátmérő mellett.
A diabetes mellitusban szenvedő betegek kezelésekor, a CYPHER sirolimus-bevonatú sztent esetén bebizonyosodott, hogy számottevően csökken a másodlagos újraszűkülésnek, a célterület ismételt revaszkularizációs igényének, valamint az angiográfiával a beültetést követő 24 hónap után észlelhető késői átmérőcsökkenésnek az esélye a nem bevonatos fémsztentekkel vagy a TAXUS* sztenttel összehasonlítva.

Az analóg segédkábel a beteg monitorjáról a Vigilance monitor vagy a kompatibilis Edwards monitorrendszer analóg bemeneti portjához továbbítja az adatokat.
A kábel műszerspecifikus csatlakozókkal rendelkezik.
A segédmérések pontossága a monitor által küldött adatok pontosságától és minőségétől függ.
Az analóg jelek minőségének meghatározása érdekében rendszeresen hasonlítsa össze a főmonitoron megjelenő értékeket az Edwards monitoron megjelenő értékekkel.
