I am Argentinean, and I have been living in Brazil for 24 years now. Before coming to Brazil I did university studies on Spanish Language and Literature, and once here in Brazil I did several courses on Portuguese, also at the university level. As a result I have got the proficiency of a native speaker in both Spanish and Portuguese. Besides, I have got a Diploma with Credits from the Royal Society of Arts, London, England, which certifies the level of my knowledge and management of English as that of a proficient foreign speaker. I have also a strong scientific formation, since I have completed three years of University studies on Physics.

I have a 15-year experience in translating a wide range of technical materials from Spanish into Portuguese and vice versa, and from English into Spanish and Portuguese.

The material I usually work with includes especially: a complete range of security alarm systems against fire and robbery, and manuals and operation demonstrative videos covering the whole range of construction and mining equipment as well as forestry and ground engaging tools.

I am in charge of the translation work for a bilingual, Portuguese-Spanish, bi-monthly magazine, having to do with the presentation and description of mining and construction equipment, and detailed instructions for their operation and maintenance. I have been doing this type of work, which means translation from Portuguese into Spanish and vice versa, and from English into Portuguese and Spanish, for quite a long time
