PRESETTER CALIBRATION
All absolute measurements are taken from a zero reference point. This point is the intersection of the tool holder centerline (X-axis zero) and the gage line of the spindle (Z-axis zero). The operator will calibrate the Presetter to its zero reference point using a pre-measured certified Setting Gage or a Parlec HP Tool Cartridge with a calibration sight.

• If your Presetter has a fixed tapered spindle that uses adapters, then all the adapters are related back to the Default Gage. And only the Default Gage will require calibrating.
• If your Presetter has a cartridge style spindle (HP Spindle) then all the cartridges will require calibrating.
• If you have a cartridge style spindle and you are putting adapters into a cartridge you will have to manually calculate the Z value using the following formula.
• The Gage Name must be a unique name that does not exceed twelve characters.
• The Gage values are located on the physical gage. When entering the gage values ensure that the values entered are in the same units that the system is in. For example if the measuring screen is in millimeter mode and the X-axis is in diameter mode. The values entered must be in millimeters and the X value must be a diameter.
PRESETTER CALIBRATION WITH A MASTER GAGE
The following procedure will calibrate the Presetter to the master gage.
1. Select the Gage List button.
2. Select Master Gage from the list.
3. Push the Edit button.
4. Assure that the X and Z values match those that are on the Master Gage, if they are different then enter the X and Z values as seen on the Master Gage in their appropriate fields.
5. Push the “Save” button to accept the changes.

KALIBRACE SEŘIZOVAČE
Všechna absolutní měření se provádějí od nulového referenčního bodu. Tento bod je průsečíkem osy držáku nástroje (nula osy X) a referenční odměřovací čáry vřetena (nula osy Z). Obsluha provede kalibraci seřizovače do jeho nulového referenčního bodu pomocí předem změřeného certifikovaného kalibračního nástroje nebo pomocí nástrojové kazety Parlec s HP kalibračním hledáčkem.
Viz “Správa kalibračních nástrojů a nástavců”, kde najdete více informací o práci s kalibračními nástroji, nástavci a HP nástrojovým kazetami.
• Pokud kalibrační přístroj bude mít pevné kuželové vřeteno, které používá nástavce, pak všechny nástavce budou vztaženy k hlavnímu kalibru. A kalibraci vyžaduje pouze hlavní kalibr.
• Pokud váš kalibrační přístroj bude mít vřeteno s kazetou (Vřeteno HP), pak kalibraci budou vyžadovat všechny kazety.
• Pokud budete mít vřeteno s kazetou a vložíte nástavec do kazety, hodnotu Z budete muset vypočítat ručně pomocí následujícího vztahu.
• Název kalibru musí být jednoznačný název, který není delší než dvanáct znaků.
• Hodnoty kalibru jsou umístěny na fyzickém kalibru. Když budete zapisovat hodnoty kalibru, přesvědčte se, že zapsané hodnoty jsou ve stejných jednotkách jako používá systém. Například když měřicí obrazovka bude v režimu milimetrů a osa X je v režimu průměru. Hodnoty se musí zapsat v milimetrech a hodnota X musí být hodnota na průměr.
KALIBRACE SEŘIZOVAČE S HLAVNÍM KALIBREM
Následující postup provede kalibraci seřizovače na hlavní kalibr.
1. Zvolte tlačítko Gage List.
2. Ze seznamu zvolte Master Gage (hlavní kalibr).
3. Stiskněte tlačítko Edit (Editace).
4. Přesvědčte se, že hodnoty X a Z souhlasí s hodnotami, které jsou na hlavním kalibračním nástroji. Pokud budou jiné, zapište hodnoty X a Z, které jsou na hlavním kalibru v odpovídajících polích.
5. Stisknutím tlačítka “Save (Ulož)” se změny přijmou.
6. Vytřete kapsu nástroje a očistěte hlavní kalibrační nástroj čistým, měkkým hadrem.
7. Hlavní nástroj vložte do vřetena; přesvědčte se, že je dobře usazen.
8. Umístěte seřizovač tak, aby optický hledáček hlavního kalibračního nástroje byl v ohnisku a v měřicím rámečku.
9. Pokud bude nutné, očistěte hledáček kalibru od prachu nebo textilních vláken kouskem maskovací lepicí pásky nebo tmelu.
10. Stiskněte tlačítko “Calibrate (Kalibruj)”.
KALIBRACE SEŘIZOVAČE S HP KAZETOU PARLEC (HP-VŘETENO)
Následující postup provede kalibraci seřizovače na hledáček kazety. Pokud správné hodnoty kalibru již byly už zapsány, kroky 3-5 přeskočte.
1. Zvolte tlačítko Gage List.
2. Ze seznamu zvolte Cartridge (Vložka)
3. Stiskněte tlačítko Edit (Editace).
4. Do příslušných polí zapište hodnoty X a Z jak se zobrazují na kalibru.
5. Stisknutím tlačítka “Save (Ulož)” se změny přijmou.
