After 27 years in Vancouver, B.C., Canada, where I lived and worked as a teacher, postal employee and recording engineer/producer, I returned to Germany in December 2000. In the summer of 2008 I returned to Vancouver, where I now intend to stay. I have been working as freelance translator since August 2001, delivering quality translations for numerous German and European translation agencies. I treat every translation job with the utmost diligence and always decline jobs which go beyond my expertise. My rates are competitive and my work is reliable.
