English to Arabic: Natural cycle and IVF treatment General field: Medical
Source text - English The only difference between natural cycle and IVF treatment is that no fertility drugs are administered. Traditional IVF uses fertility drugs to stimulate ovulation whereas natural cycle treatment involves the use of a patients’ natural egg released during a menstrual cycle. Only a trigger injection will be used to trigger a timed ovulation process. IVF depends on a woman’s natural ovulation to occur.
Every woman who naturally produces a PCOS each month can have that egg collected by a needle inserted through the vagina during egg collection; this would require carefully tracking her ovulation cycle. The husband produces a sample on the same day, which is fertilized in the lab with the egg. This method is by far less invasive as no stimulation medication is used throughout the cycle. Apart from the increased comfort and reduced cost, this method is advantageous for women who have been advised not to use stimulation medication due to medical indications such as previous history of breast cancer and PCOS.

Describe your pain as accurately as possible – using words like dull, sharp, shooting, burning, throbbing, or tingling – and show or tell your doctor exactly where you feel the aches and pains.
Keeping a pain diary may make things a little easier for you. It might not sound like fun but writing down when and where your body hurts can really make a difference for your doctor to help you feel better.
Translation - Arabic لسوء الحظ فإن الألم يعد عرضاً شائعاً لدى المصابين بالورم النقوي المتعدد، لذا احرص على إخبار طبيبك بخصوص أي ألم يصيبك مهما كان طفيفاً، وحاول قدر استطاعتك أن تصف الألم بدقة - باستخدامك لكلمات مثل خفيف مزمن، أو حاد، أو قوي ومفاجئ، حارق، أو شعور بالنخز- وأرِ طبيبك أو صف له مكان الألم بالتحديد.
ولجعل الأمر أسهل فيمكنك تخصيص دفتر يوميات خاص بالألم، ربما يكون الأمر ثقيلاً على النفس ولكن تدوينك متى وأين تشعر بالألم تحديداً سيشكل فارقاً كبيراً ويساعد الطبيب على جعلك تشعر بالتحسن.

▪if you have previously had or currently have a stomach or intestinal ulcer, bleeding or perforation.
▪ if you have or have previously had disorders of the stomach or intestines such as ulcerative colitis, Crohns disease, gastrointestinal cancers or diverculitis (inflamed or infected pounches/pockets in the colon).
▪if you are taking other NSAIDs such as ibuprofen, celecoxib or acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin), a substance present in many medicines used to relieve pain and lower fever.
▪if you are taking anticoagulants, such as warfarin, to prevent blood clots.
▪if you previously had an allergic reaction to piroxicam (the active ingredient in this medicine) or any of the other ingredients, other NSAIDs or any other medications, especially serious skin reactions (regardless of severity) such as exfoliative dermatitis (intense reddening of skin, with skin peeling off in scales or layers), Stevens-Johnson syndrome (symptoms are a rash, blistering or peeling of the skin, mouth, eyes or genitals) or toxic epidermal necrolysis (a disease with blistering and peeling of the top layer of skin).
▪if you have severe heart failure.
▪if you are in the last three months of pregnancy.

إذا كنت تعاني حالياً أو عانيت مسبقاً من قرحة أو نزيف أو ثقوب في المعدة أو الأمعاء.
إذا كنت تعاني حالياً أو عانيت مسبقا من اضطرابات في المعدة أو الأمعاء مثل التهاب القولون التقرحي أو داء كرون، أو سرطانات معوية، الرداب القولوني (عبارة عن تجاويف/أكياس في القولون وتكون ملتهبة أو مصابة بعدوى).

You are being invited to voluntarily take part in a clinical research study to test EndoTAG-1 (paclitaxel in cationic liposomes) for patients with unresectable locally advanced/metastatic adenocarcinoma of the pancreas.
If you choose to take part in this study, you will be asked to sign this document. You will get a fully signed and dated copy of this information sheet and consent form.
This study will have 13 study visits over a period of 8 weeks for patients assigned to Treatment Arm A for each treatment cycle; or 7 visits for patients assigned to Arm B for each treatment cycle.

I am an English to Arabic medical translator, reviewer, and SEO content writer.
Since you are here, let me kindly share my story:
As soon as I graduated from the faculty of pharmacy of Mansoura University-Egypt, I started to think of things that I used to love and have a strong passion for but didn't have enough time for. It didn't take me so much to realize that my biggest passion was Languages, particularly Arabic.
Annoyed by the poor quality of medical Arabic content on the web, I decided to follow my passion for languages using my medical background to take part in improving the Arabic medical content presented for Arabs, by both translation and writing.
Motivated by this idea, and believing that medical care providers are the best option to translate and write medical texts, I started an amazing journey of learning En>Ar medical translation. IT included a medical translation course, CAT tools training (MemoQ - SDL Trados - Memsource), translation training, translation quality management,...etc.
