I am a professional Czech translator, interpreter and proof-reader. I started working in the language business back in the '90s. I spent several years in a Czech bank on a project aimed at selection of the banking software and then I worked about 4 years for a UK IT company on another banking project. Around the year 2003 I became fully free-lance and gained new experience in areas such as European issues, marketing and advertising, film and television, subtitling of movies. I translated many magazine articles. In the last few years I had to reduce my professional activities due to personal circumstances (family) and kept just a few regular clients. My situation and my availability are changing now and I am looking for new opportunities.
