As an academic editor with 20 years of experience, I have handled many kinds of texts.
I have a Master's and 4 years doctoral work in English Language and Literature with a minor in Linguistics. I learned French by living there for four years, during which time I taught English as a foreign language, translated, proofread, and edited. Having only recently returned to the United States, I am anxious to put this skill to use here. Since I am a freelancer and completely fluent--I both think and dream in French, though four years and constant contact with English has kept me very much in touch with my mother toungue--my pricing is quite reasonable. |
