Civil Engineer with a M.S. degree in Sanitary/Environmental Engineering from U. of Missouri; 40-year experience in water & wastewater works, industrial pollution control, environmental planning. Has worked in several Spanish speaking countries (Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Bolivia and Venezuela), from 1979 to 1994.
Degree in Law in 1993. Legal counselor for engineering companies on contract matters, in Portuguese, English and Spanish, since 1997, having worked in the USA, Spain and Bolivia, besides Brazil, advising negotiations for turnkey projects in areas like: electrical generation, petrochemical processing, mining, oil&gas, transportation and communications.

The dropdown menus have been divided into two-dimensional panels with similar items grouped together under headings. The "My ProZ.com" menu was moved up here to simplify the main navigation, and to keep all of this type of information together.
