Source text - English Mindfulness is getting really popular in the United States currently. In fact, there are even mobile apps that claim to help you practice mindfulness. You only need to read the The New York Times to see that mindfulness has become a mainstream topic in the United States.
The ironic thing is that the more people talk about mindfulness and repeat that term, the fewer people seem to understand it. It's one of those terms like "love." People keep saying the word love, but it would seem that very few people could really agree as to what it really is because people keep saying the same phrase that it has essentially lost all its meaning.
The same applies to the term "mindfulness". There are just so many definitions. It seems like depending on who you ask, you will get a different meaning. The short answer to identifying a particular meaning for this term is that it teaches you to focus on the moment. That’s all it is.

Translation - English The present work addresses the State's responsibility in providing medications to cancer patients, regarding the difficulties to be acquired and the need for these medications to carry out the treatment. It is of great importance to highlight the right to health, which is essential to life and is considered as a fundamental constitutional. Although guaranteed by the Federal Constitution as a right of all and a duty of the State, the right to health suffers from its omission and neglect. In light of this, judicial demands are growing more and more in order to make this right effective. It is the so-called “judicialization of health” that claims the non-fulfillment of the right to health, on the part of the Public Power, where upon seeing their right impeded, the hyposufficient individual, turns to the Judiciary Power, with the hope of seeing their need resolved. Therefore, the State's responsibility in the case of supplying medicines is joint and several and any of them are legitimate to be included in the passive pole of a judicial demand, as established in our Constitution.
