3.9 Formation

3.9.1 Le fournisseur doit fournir annuellement, aux ressources du client, une formation de base d’une (1) journée axée sur les équipements fonctionnels dans le réseau et ce, dans les locaux du fournisseur.

3.9.2 Occasionnellement et sur demande du client, le technicien du client accompagne pendant une (1) journée le technicien du fournisseur dans l’exécution du service d’entretien; le tout selon la disponibilité des techniciens du client et ceux du fournisseur et après entente avec ce dernier. Pendant cette journée le fournisseur effectue les appels de services spécifiques que le client lui soumet. Ce “jumelage” permet aux techniciens du client de maintenir et d’accroître leur expertise et du même coup, facilite les échanges téléphoniques de tous les intervenants.

3.9.3 Dans le but de maintenir un niveau d’expertise adéquat de la part des ressources du client affectées au dépannage des équipements, le fournisseur doit donner à ces dernières une formation adéquate sur les nouveaux équipements qui seront implantés pendant toute la durée de la présente convention.

3.9 Training

3.9.1 The supplier must provide the customer’s personnel, on an annual basis, with one (1) day of basic training at the customer's premises focusing on the functional equipment in the network.

3.9.2 Occasionally, when requested by the customer, the customer’s technician will accompany the supplier’s technician for one (1) day while the latter carries out maintenance service. This training day will depend on the availability of the customer’s and the supplier’s technicians and will only take place after an agreement to this effect has been reached with the supplier, On this day, the supplier will carry out the specific service calls submitted by the customer. This “pairing” will allow the customer’s tecnicians to maintain and build their expertise and will also facilitate telephone exchanges between the various actors.

3.9.3 So as to maintain their level of expertise, the supplier must provide the customer’s staff assigned to repair the equipment with adequate training on all new equipment that is installed throughout the duration of this agreement.

Other areas in which I have worked are newspaper and magazine articles and interviews, international development reports, personal documents, and personal and business correspondence.
