(Actually I'm not working anymore with the handicapped, but have an administrative job in an international surrounding).
I have experience on several different fields. I've translated different texts, eg. judicial, building, trade, technical, bussiness, agricultural, financial texts, year reports, forms.I've translated one book and would love to translate (children's) literature!
I intepreted for Polish Television, for NGO's, on conferences, workshops, courses etc. Themes: Management, PR, television, organization, agriculture.
I'm a Dutch woman, speaking Polish since I've been studying Polish language and culture in 1989 in Lublin. Since 1993 I'm living permanently in Poland, with my husband and our two little son's: Tomasz and Milo.
I have been working as a freelance translator and as a language teacher since 1994. I'm cooperating with my husband, who graduated in Polish Literature. This guarantees a perfect "native speaker" translation: into Dutch AND into Polish. |
