About me

My language combinations are: from English, French, Spanish into Italian. I just translate into my native language (Italian), never into other languages.

My main domains are :

I do not translate texts on animals' experimentation, hunting, violence, human beings' exploitation, child's abuse, pornography, etc. I do not translate texts on advertising and finance, either. I do not translate technical texts, but humanistic texts only.

Due to family reasons, I am not in a condition to accept rush jobs (overnight and during week-ends).

43 years experience in translations: 7 years as an in-house technical translator of a foodstuff preservative company, 11 years as an in-house technical and legal translator of an Italian aerospace company, and 25 years as a free-lance translator of humanistic, technical, legal, scientific subjects.

I was awarded with a literary translation prize.
