My language combinations are: from English, French, Spanish into Italian. I just translate into my native language (Italian), never into other languages.

I do not translate texts on animals' experimentation, hunting, violence, human beings' exploitation, child's abuse, pornography, etc. I do not translate texts on advertising and finance, either. I translate technical texts only after having examined the concerned files or documents, to evaluate if I am able to translate them.
Due to family reasons, I am not in a condition to accept rush jobs (overnight and during week-ends).
43 years experience in translations: 7 years as an in-house technical translator of a foodstuff preservative company, 11 years as an in-house technical and legal translator of an Italian aerospace company, and 25 years as a free-lance translator of humanistic, technical, legal, scientific subjects.
