Pro ú čely této studie se pod pojmem "demineralizovaná voda" rozumí voda téměř či úplně zbavená rozputěných minerálních látek (obsah rozputěných látek [dále RL] není
obvykle vyí ne několik mg/l, často < 1 mg/l; elektrická vodivost vody je mení ne 2mS/m, často dokonce mení ne 0,1 mS/m), a u pomocí destilace, deionizace, membránové filtrace (reverzní osmózy, nanofiltrace), elektrodialýzy atd.
Autor pouívá pojem "demineralizovaná voda" přesto, e je mu známo, e
v terminologii průmyslové ú pravy vody je tento termín pouíván pouze pro jeden určitý z vice moných a zde uvaovaných technologických způsobů zbavení vody rozputěných látek.
Struč né charakteristiky některých těchto postupů :
Destilace = metoda čitění látek (zde vody) nebo rozdělování směsí látek podle bodu varu; nejstarí způsob "odsolování" vody. Voda se ve varné nádobě postupně přeměňuje v páru a po průchodu chladičem kondenzuje na destilovanou vodu. Destilát se jímá podle bodu varu,příměsi zů stanou v prvním podílu před dosaením ádoucí teploty a v konečném zbytku.
Deionizace = metoda vyuívající schopnosti urč itých makromolekulárních látek (např.syntetický ch pryskyřic) - tzv. ionexů neboli iontoměničů (ion exchangers), které obsahují funkční skupiny, zachycovat ionty z roztoku. Zvlá tním druhem deionizace je demineralizace, co je ionexové odstraňování v ech kationtů a aniontů z vody, vč etně oxidů křemíku a uhlíku, které se běnou deionizací z vody neodstraní. Pro tento účel se pouívá kombinace silně kyselého katexu v H+ cyklu a silně bazického anexu v OH- cyklu.
Membránová filtrace (reverzní osmóza [dále RO], nanofiltrace) = metoda slouící k oddělení anorganický ch solí a men ích organický ch molekul pod tlakem. Pouívá se polopropustná membrána (propou tí vodu, ne rozpu těné látky) a tlak musí bý t vyí ne osmotický tlak rozpu těných látek. Odstraňují se částice(ionty) o velikosti jednotek nanometrů a mení.

S rozvojem mikrobiologie a chemie je od minulého století tato obecná empirická zkuenost postupně doplňována poznáním konkrétních původců nemocí z vody. Tento přístup ("ve vodě můe být něco, co tam být nemá, nebo tam něčeho můe být více, ne je zdrávo... ")
předznamenal i prvotní hygienický přístup k regulativnímu vymezení kvality pitné vody: byly stanoveny nejvyí přípustné koncentrace látek a organismů ve vodě. Voda bez minerálů nebyla a ani nemusela být předmětem snah o vymezení kvality, protoe taková voda se v přírodě nevyskytuje (vyjma detě a ledu, které vak v rozvinutých zemích neslouily jako zdroj pitné vody) a pro pitné ú čely tedy nemohla být pouívána. Demineralizované, uměle vyrobené vody (původně voda destilovaná, později té deionizovaná či získaná pomocí RO)byly pouívány pro průmyslové, technické a laboratorní ú čely, co je ostatně dodnes jejich hlavní vyuití.

THE HEALTH RISKS OF DRINKING DEMINERALIZED WATER.
For the purposes of this study, under the concept of de-mineralized water, water is understood to be completely free of dissolved mineral matter (the contents of dissolved material [hereafter referred to as RL (rozpuštìná látka – dissolved matter)] is not usually higher than several mg/l, often < 1mg/l; the electrical conductivity of water is less than 2mS/m, often it is less than 0.1 mS/m, even with the help of deionization, membrane filtration (reverse osmosis, nanofiltration), electrodialysis, etc.
The author uses the concept of “demineralized water”, in spite of (the fact), that it is known to him that in the terminology of industrial water treatment, this term is used merely for one specific (term) from the many possible (terms), and here it is considered as a technological method of removing dissolved matter.
Brief characteristics of some of these procedures:
Distillation = A purifying of matter (here water) or the separation of matter according to boiling point., the oldest method of desalination of water. Water in the boiling container is changed into steam, and after passing through a condenser, condenses into distilled water. The distillate is collected according to boiling point. The impurities remain in the first part (of the distiller) prior to reaching the desired temperature (boiling) and finally as a residue.
Deionization = A method of utilizing the capabilities of certain macromolecular materials (for example synthetic resins) – so-called ionex, or to state it differently, ion exchangers, which contain a functional group, to capture the ions from the solution. A special type of deionization, is demineralization, which is the ionic removal of all cations and anions from water, including oxides of silicon and carbon, which are not removed during common deionization of water. For this purpose, a combination of strong acidic katex (cation exchanger) in a H+ cycle and a strong alkaline (basic) annex (anion exchanger) in an OH- cycle is used.
Membrane Filtration (reverse osmosis [hereafter referred to as RO], nanofiltration) = A method used for separating inorganic salts of smaller organic molecules under pressure. A semipermeable membrane (lets out water from the dissolved material) is used, and the pressure must be higher than the osmotic pressure of the dissolved material. It removes particles (ions) measuring about one nanometer and smaller.
Electrodialysis = A method of removal of inorganic ions, based on the principle of separation of salts in a electric field, with the help of a semipermeable membranes with ionex (ion exchange resin) characteristics.
Water, which exists in nature as either underground or surface, and which has been used, since ancient times, for drinking purposes, is never a chemically pure compound of H2O, but it concerns a system of gases dissolved in water, mainly mineral and partly, also, organic materials of natural origin. Depending on local geological conditions, we find water of diverse composition. Usually, the magnitude of dissolved material varies within the range of mg/l.
It has been known to mankind for hundreds of years, that drinking water can be the cause of various illnesses. With the development of microbiology and chemistry, over the past century, this common empirical knowledge (experience) has been supplemented by knowledge of the specific origins of illnesses from water. This approach (there must be something in water, which is not supposed to be there, or there can be more of something that can be bad for one’s health.) ushered in the original hygienic approach to regulatory specification of the quality of drinking water, this specified the highest allowable concentration of materials and organisms in water. Water without minerals was not, and did not have to be the object of efforts to define the quality of water, because such water does not exist in nature (excluding rain and ice, which in highly developed countries did not serve as a source of drinking water) and therefore cannot be used for drinking purposes. Demineralized, artificially produced water (originally distilled water, lately called deionized water or acquire with the help of reverse osmosis (RO)) was used for industrial, technical, and laboratory purposes, which, up to now, was their main use.

D.Pravidla závodu Elkem Aluminum Mosjøen (EAM)
Veobecné informace
Vichni zaměstnanci budou dodrovat vekeré bezpečnostní předpisy a budou podrobováni bezpečnostním kontrolám. Přechovávání střelných zbraní, výbunin a/nebo smrtelných zbraní v závodě se přísně zakazuje. Pokud budou tyto předměty zjitěny, budou zabaveny. Kadý, kdo poruí bezpečnostní pravidla EAM, bude pokárán a můe být přinucen opustit závod.
Registrace vozidel
Vjezd vech vozidel musí být předem schválen EAM. Motorová vozidla musí mít při vjezdu do závodu EAM platnou státní licenci a budou zaregistrována na vrátnici EAM. Řidičský průkaz, registrace a pojitění musí být platná po dobu vyuívání vozidla při projektu.
Provoz vozidel

D. Elkem Aluminum Mosjøen (EAM) Factory Rules

Ekonomické zázemí
Třebíčský mikroregion je možné charakterizovat jako průmyslově zemědělskou oblast. Průmyslová výroba regionu společně s poskytovanými službami je koncentrována do několika středisek, mezi kterými je nejdůležitější samotné město Třebíč. Převládající tradiční průmyslové zaměření představují textilní, oděvní a kožedělný průmysl, dále pak průmysl dřevozpracující a nábytkářský, jaderná energetika a průmysl potravinářský. Zemědělská činnost je provozována v přilehlých obcích.
Ekonomická situace největších průmyslových podniků mikroregionu Třebíč byla ovlivněna změnami z období transformace, kdy tyto společnosti byly nuceny regionálně přeorientovat svůj odbyt. Přestože postupně dochází ke stabilizaci místní ekonomiky, vzhledem k vysoké nezaměstnanosti a nízkým průměrným mzdám okres Třebíč stále patří mezi státem vymezené, hospodářsky slabé a strukturálně postižené regiony. Zlepšení situace ve městě Třebíč by mělo přinést otevření průmyslové zóny Hrotovická, ale i plánované zkvalitnění dopravního napojení města na dálnici D1 Praha – Brno a vybudování obchvatu města. Potenciál regionu spočívá také v orientaci na cestovní ruch. Další rozvoj podnikání by měl podpořit projekt podnikatelského inkubátoru připravovaný zájmovým sdružením právnických osob „Rozvoj Třebíčska“, který je složený ze sedmi měst a Západomoravské vysoké školy, s podílem dotace z Phare CBC, MMR ČR, Kraje Vysočina a jednotlivých obcí. V každém z měst by měl vzniknout inkubátor, přičemž řídící a školící centrum by bylo v Třebíči.
Mezi významné zaměstnavatele ve městě patří výrobce nábytku Tusculum, a.s. Ze strojírenských a kovodělných firem je to První brněnská strojírna Třebíč, a.s., výrobce zařízení pro energetiku a teplárenství, Uniplet Třebíč, a.s., výrobce elektronických pletacích strojů, I & C Energo a.s. a ČEZ Energoservis, spol. s r.o. The textile, clothing and leather industries represent the traditional industrial focus, after which are the wood-working, furniture-making, nuclear energy and foodstuffs industries. Agricultural activity is carried out in adjacent communities.
The economic situation of the largest industrial enterprises in the Trebic micro region was influenced by changes during the period of transformation, when these companies were forced to reorient their marketing regionally. In spite of the progressive stabilization of the local economy, when taking into account the high unemployment and low average wage in the region, Trebic continuously belongs among the state-limited, economically weak, and structurally affected regions. The opening of the Hrotovic industrial zone, as well as the planned improvement of the transportation connection with the D1 Prague - Brno motorway, and the building of a city bypass, should bring about an improvement in the situation in the city of Trebic. The potential of the region also lies in the tourist trade. The business incubator project, prepared by a special-interest group of legal entities "Development Trebic", which is composed of seven cities and West-Moravian universities, with a proportion of grants from Phare CBC, MMR CR, Vysocina Region, and individual communities, should support further development. An incubator should spring up in each city, whereas the management and training center should be in Trebic.
The furniture manufacturer, Tusculum, a.s., rates among the significant employers in the city. The primary engineering and metal-working firms are Brno Engineering Works Trebic, a.s., manufacturer of equipment for energetics and the heating industry, Unplet Trebic, a.s., manufacturer of electronic knitting machines, I & C Energo a.s, and CEZ Energoservis s.r.o. Mezinárodní aktivity společnosti Start jsou centrálně řízeny z Nizozemí, prostřednictvím společnosti Start International, která je 100% vlastníkem vech aktivit, které jsou provozovány v oblasti centrální a východní Evropy. Vekeré aktivity v této oblasti jsou řízeny centrálně z Prahy. Kadá z těchto společností má svého ředitele, který je také zákonným jednatelem společnosti. Měsíční porady mají pevný řád a program. Probíhá seznámení poboček s činností a výsledky celé společnosti za minulý měsíc. Polovina dne je věnována diskusi u kulatého stolu a výměně informací a zkueností jak dobrých, tak i patných. Čtvrtletní meetingy jsou spojené s vyhodnocováním výsledků jednotlivých poboček za jednotlivý kvartál. Kadý vedoucí pobočky připravuje informace o pobočce, kterou vede a tyto pak prezentuje vem ostatním kolegům společně s plány a výhledy na dalí kvartál.

1.1 Organization
1.1a View of the Organizational Diagram
The international activities of the company, Start, are centrally controlled from the Netherlands by Start International, which is 100% proprietary in all activities, which are conducted in the area of Central and Eastern Europe. All activities in this area are centrally controlled from Prague. Each of these companies has its own director, who is also a legal agent of the company. The director for the Czech Republic manages all of the other directors in Central and Eastern Europe. None of the companies in this region hire regionally, so area managers, would be an interface between the individual branches and leadership of the company. Managers of the individual branches are directly subordinate to the company director, resulting in improved communication and simplified resolution of relevant disputes. Henceforth, the individual employees of Central Office are subordinate to the company director, and in no way, will control the branch managers, but merely support their activity, so that they attain their ideal or planned objectives.
1.1b The framework of consultation within the company
The framework of the consultations within the Central Office is laid out in weekly conferences, which are conducted at the beginning of the workweek. The individual branches also conduct the same type of conferences. As a rule, a meeting of the company management and all branch managers is conducted once a month, and similar quarterly meetings associated with the evaluation of results, activities, and achievements of the individual branches and planning for the future are also conducted.
1.1c Fundamental Points of the Consultations
The weekly conferences will involve the evaluation of the previous week, deal with the objectives new week, and the resolution of urgent problems, which were not, or were not possible to resolve during the course of normal operations. Monthly conferences have strict rules and plans. A familiarization of the branches with the activities and results of the entire company for last month are to be conducted. Subsequently, branch managers are informed of the activities of the Central Office and about the analysis of costs of the Central Office, this information will be equally shared. Another point of these conferences are business matters concerning clients of the republic-wide activities, information from the Netherlands, information about the rest of the countries within the framework of START, Eastern Europe, resolution of operational problems, legal news, and legislation concerning temporary business. Half of the day is dedicated to a round-table discussion and an exchange of information of both good and bad experiences. Quarterly meetings are connected with the, during which an evaluation of the results of each branch for the individual quarter will be conducted. Each branch manager prepares information about the branch, which he will present to the other colleagues in conjunction with the objectives and outlooks for the next quarter.
