- les constats effectués par les services de l’AMM sur la régularité et la ponctualité des vols d’une part, sur les conditions d’accueil et d’embarquement d’autre part ;
- les enquêtes de satisfaction effectuées depuis avril 2003 par l’AMM auprès des passagers
- une enquêtes basée sur des panels de clientéle effectuée avec d’autres plateformes aéroportuaires évoquant entre autres leur appréciation de la qualité de service à bord des compagnies aériennes réguliéres et Low –cost.
La compagnie bénéficiant d’un historique de près de trois ans, les résultats observés permettent de juger de l’appréciation de la qualité de service rendue sur une longue période.

The review has been achieved based on three main elements:
- observations made by AMM (MMA) services on the regularity and punctuality of flights on the one hand , and on reception and boarding facilities on the other hand;
- satisfaction surveys carried out since April 2003 by the AMM (MMA) with Ryanair passengers;
- a survey based on customer focus groups carried out with other airport hubs raising, amongst other issues, how they view the quality of in-flight service of standard and low-cost airlines.
With the company benefiting from a past record of nearly three years, observed results allow judgement of the quality of service provided over a long period.
