2.3 Ввод в эксплуатацию
2.3.1 При вводе комплекса в эксплуатацию необходимо выполнить следующую работу:
−проверку исправности проводов и соединений;
−проверка электрической непрерывности защитного заземления;
−проверку сопротивления изоляции;
−проверку электрической прочности изоляции.
Объем испытаний может быть изменен по согласованию с заказчиком.
Измерения при всех испытаниях должны проводиться при температуре окружающего воздуха 22 ± 5 °С, относительной влажности до 80 %, если особо не оговорены другие условия.
2.3.2 Проверку исправности проводов и соединений производят путем внешнего осмотра. Провода не должны иметь видимых повреждений, трещин и загрязнений.
При необходимости выполнить проверку соединений с помощью омметра.
2.3.3 Проверку электрической непрерывности защитного заземления проводят измерением электрического сопротивления цепи заземления.
Электрическое сопротивление между болтом и любой металлической частью шкафа не должно превышать 0,1 Ом.
2.3.4 Сопротивление изоляции следует измерять омметром или автоматическими средствами измерения с погрешностью, не превышающей ±20%.
Перед измерением сопротивления изоляции следует отключить все устройства от испытуемой цепи со всех концов.
Показания, определяющие электрическое сопротивление изоляции, следует считывать по истечении 1 мин после приложения напряжения.
2.3.5 Прочность изоляции следует проверять испытательной установкой напряжением не менее 0,25 кВ•А.

2.3 Commissioning for operation
2.3.1 In commissioning the complex for operation, the following activities must be performed:
− check good order of conductors and accuracy of connections;
− check electric continuity of the protective grounding;
− check insulation resistance;
− check electric strength of insulation.
The scope of checks might be adjusted as agreed on with the customer.
In all tests, measurements must be taken at ambient temperature of 22 ± 5 °C, relative humidity of up to 80 %, unless otherwise agreed on.
2.3.2 Good order of conductors and accuracy of connections are checked by external examination. Conductors must have no visible damage, breaks, or dirt.
If so required, check connections with an ohmmeter.
2.3.3 Electric continuity of the protective grounding is checked by measuring resistance of the grounding circuit.
Resistance between the bolt and any metal part of a cabinet must not exceed 0.1 Ohm.
2.3.4 Resistance of insulation must be measured with an ohmmeter or automatic measuring instruments with error not more than ±20%.
Before measuring insulation resistance, disconnect all devices from the tested circuit from all ends.
Figures defining insulation resistance must be measured after 1 min elapsed since applying voltage.
2.3.5 Insulation strength must be measured with the test facility with voltage of at least 0.25 kV•A.
