Since 1999: Freelance translator. Average 2,000 words/day - 150-200 jobs/year.
I work for agencies and other clients, including law firms.
1996-1999: Translator & proofreader, Tradutec - Cabinet Bonnefous, Paris, France.
These agencies are part of one of the major translation groups in France. My translations were mainly performed in relation with legal proceedings, and I reported to a sworn translator.
1991-1996: Part-time bilingual secretary, Baker & McKenzie, Paris, France.
This position within an international law firm gave me the opportunity to familiarize myself with legal, corporate, and commercial terminology and translation.
