About me:                            After a MA in English and Spanish, I began my career as a technical translator in the French Air Force (2 years). Then I have worked in no less than 14 companies (for periods from some weeks to 3 years) as an in-house corporate translator and top executive PA. This enabled me to discover all and every aspect of an international company, from procurement to supply chain or sales, quality, HSE, financial management, human resources, logistics, etc. At the end of this first part of my career, I was personal assistant of the CEO of the chemical company Rhodia. In the meantime, I had the opportunity to work in the pharmaceutical industry, the medical devices industry, the paper industry, amongst others.

But the real adventure began in 2003, when I decided to go freelance. Since then, I successfully worked full-time as a medical and technical translator for all kind of end customers, from very small companies to big multinational companies.

My_vision:                             As for me, translation is a key, the key that opens new international markets, the key that enables people to understand themselves across borders, the key that will enable a user, an operator, a consumer or whatever to get  the knowledge he/she needs to use complex machines or technologies. As translators, we are the keepers of those keys and have the responsibility to help people who ask us to get through these doors or obstacles in the best possible conditions. This mission requires accuracy, extensive knowledge in all kinds of fields, a total commitment to our project, and a reasonable amount of time… as a good translation needs to mature.
