Behandlungsstrategie
Die Monotherapie Bendamustin plus Rituximab (B-R) wird gegen die Polychemotherapie CHOP plus Rituximab (CHOP-R) prospektiv randomisiert bei Patienten mit follikulären, lymphoplasmatischen, lymphozytischen, Marginalzonen-, nicht näher klassifizierbaren niedrigmalignen sowie Mantelzell Lymphomen als Primärtherapie geprüft.
Stratifiziert wird nach den Lymphomentitäten „follikulär“, „Immunozytom“, „lymphozytisch“, „Marginalzonen“, „nicht klassifizierbar“ sowie „Mantelzell“. Diesen stratifizierten Gtuppen wird dann jeweils einer der beiden Therapiearme randomisiert zugeteilt.

Treatment strategy
Monotherapy with bendamustine in combination with rituximab (B-R) is randomized prospectively against CHOP plus rituximab (CHOP-R) in patients with follicular, lymphoplasmacytic, lymphocytic, marginal zone, indolent lymphomas of no specific class, as well as mantle cell lymphomas as primary therapy.
Strategy is based on lymphoma types: follicular; lymphoplasmacytic (i.e. immunoblastic); lymphocytic; marginal zone; indolent; and mantle cell. One of the two therapies is randomly allocated to these strategic groups.

Tramping through the seemingly endless dark dense forest, my guide and I abruptly came out onto an open plain filled with wildflowers swaying in the morning breeze.
