Launch Celebrations
During the first two weeks after the launch, celebrations took place at each The X Group site. They all had some common elements such as a speech by Martin Pugh, informal get-togethers and a welcome package for every The X Group employee. But there were also specific local activities, like raising the The X Group flag and additional speeches. Martin said after his “Tour d’Europe”: “It was a pleasure being at all the sites. The overall atmosphere was very positive, and the local organisers of the celebration events all did a great job. I was particularly impressed by all the branding changes that have already been done at the sites and the stork in Breda will always be a good memory for me. This is a great and professional start into our new life as The X Group.” | Translation - French
Réceptions de lancement
Au cours des deux premières semaines consécutives au lancement, des réceptions ont eu lieu sur chaque site de The X Group. Toutes ces réceptions avaient en commun le discours de Martin Pugh, les réunions informelles et un kit de bienvenue attendait chaque employé de The X Group. Cependant, certaines actions propres aux sites locaux ont également été menées telles que le lever de drapeau de The X Group et d’autres discours. Voici ce que Martin nous a confié après son « Tour d’Europe » : « c’était un vrai plaisir sur chaque site. L’atmosphère générale était très positive et les organisateurs locaux des réceptions ont tous accompli un travail formidable. J’ai été particulièrement impressionné par toutes les modifications de l’habillage commercial qui ont déjà été effectuées sur les sites et les cigognes de Breda resteront un excellent souvenir pour moi.
