Each JSC meeting shall be chaired on a rotational basis by a representative of the Party hosting the meeting, namely a DPT officer with regard to meetings held in Turkey, and a DPS officer with regard to meetings held in Italy. The first meeting will be held in Turkey.
The JSC will meet at least twice a year, or more frequently if required, following the transmission of an invitation and agenda delivered in due advance by the chairperson.
The JSC is vested with strategic and monitoring functions with regard to project modules and activities, and namely:
• operational programming of activities;
• assessing on-going quality of services provided and results achieved;
• updating and amending, when needed, the contents and timing of the project ;
• undertaking any necessary action needed for coping with contingencies.

Mise en place et gonflage du ballon (étape par étape)
1. Préparer le patient selon le protocole de l’hôpital pour gastroscopie.
2. Effectuer une oesogastroduodénoscopie.
3. Retirer le gastroscope.
4. En l’absence de contre-indications :
Lubrifier la gaine de protection du ballon avec un gel chirurgical
Introduire le ballon en le guidant avec le doigt au niveau de la gorge.
Sans forcer, faire descendre le ballon dans l’œsophage puis l’estomac, s'aidant de la graduation située sur le cathéter.
Remarque : Lors de cette phase si la nécessité de remonter le ballon se présente cette action doit également se dérouler sans forcer en exerçant une traction lente et continue sur le cathéter
5. Reintroduire l’endoscope pour vérifier le bon positionnement. Procéder au remplissage quand le ballon est positionné dans l’estomac. Le ballon doit être situé dans le fundus, sous le sphincter oesophagien inférieur. L’extrémité connectée au cathéter doit être située 1 à 2 cm sous le cardia. Le ballon ne doit pas être coudé dans l’estomac.

1. Preparare il paziente secondo il protocollo dell’ospedale per una gastroscopia.
2. Effettuare una esogastroduodenoscopia.
3. Estrarre il gastroscopio.
4. In assenza di controindicazioni :
Lubrificare la guaina di protezione del palloncino con un gel chirurgico.
Introdurre il palloncino guidandolo con il dito all’altezza della gola.
Senza forzare, far scendere il palloncino nell’esofago poi nello stomaco, aiutandosi con la graduazione posta sul catetere.
Nota: Durante questa fase se vi è la necessità di far risalire il palloncino, tale azione deve essere ugualmente svolta senza forzare, esercitando una trazione lenta e continua sul catetere.
5. Reintrodurre l’endoscopio per verificare il buon posizionamento. Procedere al riempimento nel momento in cui il palloncino si trova nello stomaco. Il palloncino deve essere posto sul fondo, sotto lo sfintere esofageo inferiore. L’estremità collegata al catetere deve essere posizionata ad 1 – 2 cm al di sotto del cardia. Il palloncino non deve essere piegato a gomito nello stomaco.
