The Board of Directors, by means of the Audit and Compliance Committee, have reviewed ITS Code of Conduct aiming at adding the best national and international practices, showing the development experienced by the company during the last years and being prepared to face future challenges.

Every single person working here is, therefore, compelled to act in a responsible way and preserve the company's good standing while interacting with diverse groups of interest: shareholders, customers, suppliers, related institutions, the society as a whole, and also while interacting with other professionals that are part of our organisation.
This Code of Conduct, based on our values, gathers the orienting-conduct principles that must characterise our professional performance, and details conducts and behaviour that are rejected and we think must be avoided.
One of the introduced innovations is the creation of a Follow-up Committee, which is in charge of supporting the whole organisation to solve any doubt concerning the code application and notice receptions. The Committee is at your service to help you solve any concern you may have regarding its process or content. You may contact said Committee by e-mail at XXXXXXX

El Consejo de Administración, a través de la Comisión de Auditoría y Cumplimiento, ha llevado a cabo la revisión del Código Ético y de Conducta Profesional con el objetivo de incorporar las mejores prácticas nacionales e internacionales, reflejar la evolución que ha experimentado la compañía en los últimos años y estar preparados para afrontar los retos futuros.
La reputación de una empresa se construye no sólo sobre la base de la calidad de sus productos y servicios, sino también a través del comportamiento de todos los profesionales que la forman. Todos los que aquí trabajamos tenemos, por tanto, la obligación de actuar de forma responsable y preservar la buena reputación de la compañía en nuestra interacción con sus distintos grupos de interés: accionistas, clientes, proveedores, instituciones del conocimiento, sociedad en general y especialmente en nuestra interacción con el resto de los profesionales que forman parte de nuestra organización.
El Código Ético y de Conducta Profesional, partiendo de nuestros valores, recoge los principios orientadores de conducta que deben caracterizar nuestro desempeño profesional y las conductas o comportamientos que la empresa rechaza y deben ser evitados.
Una de las novedades que se han introducido es la creación de un Comité de Seguimiento cuya función consiste en servir de apoyo a toda la organización de cara a resolver dudas sobre la aplicación del código y recibir comunicaciones.
