Montage des Trenngitters
Hinweis:
Das Komplettieren des Trenngitters ist für die linke Seite beschrieben. Das Komplettieren der rechten Seite erfolgt sinngemäß.
Schieben Sie die Kunststoffkappen -2-, -3- und -4- auf die entsprechenden Rohrenden des Trenngitters -1-.
Drücken Sie die Hülse -6- in die Führung des Trenngitters.
Klappen Sie beide Rücksitzlehnen nach vorn -Pfeil-.
Achtung:
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Seiten- und Säulenverkleidungen nicht beschädigt werden.
Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt mit den Seitenscheiben, da hier Antennendrähte aufgedampft sind, die beschädigt werden können.
Führen Sie das Trenngitter -1- schräg durch die Heckklappenöffnung.
Setzen Sie eine Stütze auf der seitlichen Gepäckraumverkleidung zwischen der C-Säule und der D-Säule auf.
Bringen Sie die gegenüberliegende Stütze des Trenngitters in die Position zwischen der C-Säule und der D-Säule.
Schieben Sie das Trenngitter nach vorn, so dass die vorderen Stützen leicht gegen die Verkleidungen der C-Säulen drücken.
Hinweis:
Die Befestigung des Trenngitters -1- ist für die linke Fahrzeugseite beschrieben. Die Befestigung des Trenngitters an der rechten Fahrzeugseite erfolgt sinngemäß.
Schieben Sie den Gewindebolzen des linken Halters -7- durch die Führung -A- am Trenngitter -1-.
Schieben Sie den linken Halter auf den Aufnahmebügel -B- des linken Rückenlehnenschlosses.
Fixieren Sie das Trenngitter mit der Sterngriffmutter -5-.
Mitteln Sie das Trenngitter aus.
Richten Sie die Kunsstoffkappen -2-, -3- und -4- an den Verkleidungen aus.
Klappen Sie die beiden Rücksitzlehnen wieder nach hinten bis das jeweilige Schloss hörbar einrastet.
Hinweis:
Werden die Sterngriffmuttern zu fest angezogen, können die Seiten- und Säulenverkleidungen beschädigt werden.
Drehen Sie rechts und links die Sterngriffmuttern -5- fest, bis die Stützfüße des Trenngitters spielfrei an den Verkleidungen anliegen.
Hinweise:
Kontrollieren Sie nach kurzer Fahrstrecke alle Verschraubungen und ziehen Sie sie ggf. nach.
Kontrollieren Sie in angemessenen zeitlichen Abständen erneut die Verschraubungen.
Achtung:
Der Transport von Personen hinter dem Trenngitter ist verboten!
Die Kopfstützen müssen immer auf die entsprechende Kopfhöhe der Passagiere eingestellt werden.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Rücksitzlehnen ordnungsgemäß verriegeln.

Note:
Installation is described for the left side of the partition. Complete installation of the right side in the same manner.
Push the plastic caps -2-, -3- and -4- onto the corresponding ends of the tubes of partition -1-.
Press the sleeve -6- into the partition guide.
Tilt both rear seatbacks forward -arrow-.
Warning:
Make sure not to damage the side und pillar panels.
Avoid contact with the side windows, since they have metal-coated antenna wires that can become damaged.
Guide the partition -1- diagonally through the rear lid opening.
Place a support on the luggage compartment side panel between the C pillar and the D pillar.
Position the opposing partition support between the C pillar and D pillar.
Push the partition forward so that the front supports press lightly against the panels of the C pillars.
Note:
Attachment of the partition -1- is described for the left side of the vehicle. Attach the partition to the right side of the vehicle in the same manner.
Push the threaded bolt of the left retainer -7- through the guide -A- on the partition -1-.
Push the left retainer onto the receiving strap -B- of the left seatback lock.
Secure the partition using the star grip nut -5-.
Center the partition.
Align the plastic caps -2-, -3- and -4- at the panels.
Tilt back both seatbacks until you hear them click into place in their respective locks.
Note:
The side and pillar panels may become damaged if the star grip nuts are overtightened.
Screw on the right and left star grip nuts -5- until the partition support bases rest against the panels without moving.
Notes:
Check all screw fittings after driving a short distance and retighten if necessary.
Recheck the screw fittings at regular intervals as needed.
Warning:
Transporting passengers behind the partition is prohibited!
Always adjust headrests to the height of the passenger’s head.
Make sure that the rear seatbacks are correctly locked in place.
Use extra straps to secure particularly heavy loads. |
