1. Kritische Geschaftsprozesse, Informationen und Systeme sind zu identifizieren, im
Rahmen einer Risikoanalyse zu bewerten sowie entsprechend zu deklarieren und zu
dokumentieren.
2. Fur die kritischen Geschaftsprozesse, Informationen und Systeme sind dokumentierte
Notfallszenarien mit Alternativen, Informations- und Eskalationswegen auszuarbeiten
und entsprechende Alternativen sind vorzuhalten bzw. entsprechende VorsorgemaB-
nahmen sind durchzufuhren.
3. Es sind regelmaBige Notfallubungen durchzufuhren.
4. Die Dokumentationen im Rahmen der Notfall-Vorsorge und des Disaster-Recoveries
sind Notfall-geeignet und gesichert auszulagern und ihre leichte Zugreifbarkeit fur Be-
fugte im Notfall ist sicherzustellen. Zu dieser Dokumentation zahlen auch wesentliche
Standard-/Normalfall-Dokumentationen wie z.B. aktuelle Netzplane, Inventarverzeich-
nisse mit allen betriebswichtigen Informationen, Standortangaben, Kennzeichnungen,
Ownern sowie Konfigurationen und Applikationen.
5. Die Bekanntheit der Notfallplanung ist sicherzustellen.
6. Es ist ein Notfallverantwortlicher fur das Unternehmen zu benennen
7. Die Aktualitat der Notfall-Vorsorge und des Disaster-Recoveries ist sicherzustellen.

1. Se vor identifica procese critice de afaceri, informaţii şi sisteme, se vor aprecia în cadrul unei analize de risc, precum şi se vor declara şi documenta în mod corespunzător.
2. Pentru procesele comerciale critice, informaţii şi sisteme se vor prelucra scenarii documentate de urgenţă cu alternative, căi de informare şi escalare şi se vor respecta măsurile respective de îngrijire.
3. Se vor efectua regulat exerciţii de situaţii de urgenţă.
4. Documentaţiile în cadrul îngrijirii pentru cazuri de urgenţă şi al Disaster-Recoveries se vor depozita în mod adecvat pentru cazuri de urgenţă şi se va asigura accesul lor facil de către persoanele autorizate, în cazurile de urgenţă. La această documentaţie se numără şi documentaţii importante standard/ de cazuri normale cum ar fi de ex. planuri actuale de reţea, indexuri de inventar cu toate informaţiile importante pentru firmă, specificaţiile locaţiilor, marcaje, proprietari precum şi configurări şi aplicaţii.
5. Se va asigura gradul de cunoaştere al planificării în caz de urgenţă.
6. Se va numi o persoană responsabilă pe societate pentru cazurile de urgenţă.
7. Actualitatea asigurării cazurilor de urgenţă şi a Disaster-Recoveries trebuie asigurată.
