Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, including, without limitation, the Convention for the International Sale of Goods unless the Parties have evidenced an intent that is contrary to such Convention, in which case, the intent of the Parties as expressed in this Agreement shall govern. The Parties hereto expressly waive any right they may have to a jury trial and agree that any proceeding under this Agreement shall be tried by a judge without a jury.
Each Party will comply with all applicable laws of the Governments of France, the European Union, Russia and other applicable international jurisdictions relating to the export of commodities, machines, software, technical data and technology, insofar as they relate to the activities under this Term Sheet. The Parties understand that machines, commodities, software, technical data and technology provided under this Agreement may be subject to restrictions under the export control laws and regulations of France and other jurisdictions. If K. requires Systems that could need a French exportation license then B. can apply for and obtain the necessary legal authorizations, however in such case B. shall indicate to K. the time to be needed for this procedure. | Translation - Russian

Del mismo modo y simultaneamente llegan a la maquina cerradora las cupulas y los fondos de los botes, a traves de dos transportadores - alimentadores, dispuestos en paralelo.
De la maquina cerradora sale el bote formado. Un transportador de salida lo lleva a la mesa de acumulacion pasando a traves de una maquina verificadora (o "tester"), la cual dispone de mesas de empaquetado.

Para que os objectivos da reciclagem sejam prosseguidos torna-se necessário criar circuitos de recolha selectiva e triagem. É indispensável que as embalagens sejam concebidas de forma a facilitar a reciclagem e outras formas de eliminação ambientalmente adequadas. Por outro lado, é também indispensável favorecer a utilização de materiais provenientes da reciclagem de embalagens, garantindo sempre os níveis adequados de higiene e segurança, e definir os requisitos essenciais relacionados com a composição e natureza das embalagens reutilizáveis e recicláveis, limitando, paralelamente, a presença de metais pesados e outras substâncias nocivas nas embalagens como medida prioritária no sentido da sua redução nos resíduos de embalagens. | Translation - Russian
Что касается основных процессов регулирования обращения с отходами, то здесь речь идет, преимущественным образом, о повторном использовании упаковки и тары, а также о переработке отходов от упаковки – методов, благодаря которым снижается уровень загрязнения окружающей среды путем создания четких и отлаженных систем, обеспечивающих возврат использованной упаковки и/или отходов от упаковки. В данном контексте стоит также упомянуть об анализе циклов долговечности упаковки, который проводится для того, чтобы установить четко определенное разграничение между упаковкой многократного использования, упаковкой, годной для переработки, и утилизируемой упаковкой.
Создание благоприятных условий для повторного использования и переработки упаковки безусловно подразумевает организацию системы ее сбора и сортировки. Нужно, чтобы упаковка производилась в такой форме, которая способствовала бы ее переработке либо иным формам утилизации, отвечающим требованиям по охране окружающей среды. Кроме того, необходимо оказывать содействие в утилизации производимых на основе отходов от упаковки материалов, обеспечив их соответствие санитарным нормам и нормам безопасности, а также определить основные требования к составу и свойствам упаковки, годной для многооборотного или повторного использования, определив допустимый минимум содержания тяжелых металлов и других вредных веществ в упаковке, что является основным средством, обусловливающим снижение уровня вредоносности отходов от упаковки. |
