ENGLISH
I'm a professional and licensed translator from Rosario, Argentina. My career began in 2002 when I got my Scientific-Technical and Literary Translation degree. I started as a freelance translator working for personal customers, and translation agencies from different countries (Argentina, Spain, USA, India, China, UK). In 2003, I’ve co-funded a team of translators, TDLA (Traducciones de los Arroyos), which later became a team of +10 freelance translators. In the course of 2009, the team was reorganized, and it is now T.E.A.M. (Traductores Especializados de Argentina para el Mundo – Specialized Translators from Argentina to the World), a new team of professional freelancers specialized in different fields. We offer translation, proofreading, editing, DTP, and subtitling services. I continue to work as a freelance translator and also coordinate some projects through T.E.A.M.
Personally, my areas of expertise are medicine, IT, telecommunications, software and Web sites localization, gastronomy, and subtitles. But also have working experience in other areas, such as business, marketing, user manuals, employee manuals, surveys, agriculture, tourism and travel. I have expert command of Trados, and very good command of SLDX.

Mi carrera comenzó en 2002 al obtener mi título de Traductora Literaria y Científico-Técnica en inglés. Comencé a trabajar como traductora independiente para clientes personales y con agencias de diferentes países (Argentina, España, Estados Unidos, India, China, Reino Unido). En 2003, junto con un amigo y colega fundamos un grupo de traductores, Traducciones de los Arroyos (TDLA), que pronto se convirtió en un equipo de más de 10 traductores. Durante el transcurso de 2009, reorganizamos el equipo, al que nombramos T.E.A.M. (Traductores Especializados de Argentina para el Mundo, un nuevo equipo de profesionales independientes especializados en diferentes áreas. Ofrecemos servicios de traducción, revisión, edición, diseño y subtitulado. Actualmente, continúo trabajando como traductora independiente y también coordino algunos proyectos a través de T.E.A.M.
Mis principales áreas de especialización son medicina, tecnología de la información, telecomunicaciones, localización de software y sitios Web, gastronomía y subtítulos. Además, habitualmente también realizo traducciones de otros temas, tales como tecnología, manuales técnicos, manuales de usuario, manuales de seguridad, textos sobre agricultura, entre otros. Tengo excelente manejo de SDL Trados y muy buen manejo de SDLX.
