| Translation - English On the alluvial curve, the new quarter has grown from the recent wasteland of an industrial working-class district, deserted at the turning point of the 1970s. Juxtaposed are small low-lying housing blocks, public facilities and there are service sector buildings nearby. A large strip along the Garonne is being developed to contain two landscaped roads and a riverside park. The work on site for this new garden began in 2003. It occupies a large rectangle which slopes gently down towards the river. This development defined by the conservationist and translated by the landscape architect is original. It shows the inventiveness of agronomic farming throughout the world – an enthnobotanic dimension – and the diversity of the natural environments of the Larger Aquitaine Basin region – an ecological dimension.
| Translation - English You can create a Venn diagram using PowerPoint and then animate it with predefined effects. However, to get a striking result, why not animate each part of the diagram?
By default, PowerPoint has a library of graphics and diagrams, which you can insert directly into your presentation. It is particularly easy to design a Venn diagram representing several shapes. It is worth noting that it would be difficult to produce this shape with ordinary drawing tools. In addition, each shape is automatically coloured with the PowerPoint wizard. Although the addition of such diagrams is intuitive, it is worth taking the time to animate the result. For diagrams with five shapes, for example, it is a good idea to display the information progressively, rather than presenting it all at once.
