By default, PowerPoint has a library of graphics and diagrams, which you can insert directly into your presentation. It is particularly easy to design a Venn diagram representing several shapes. It is worth noting that it would be difficult to produce this shape with ordinary drawing tools. In addition, each shape is automatically coloured with the PowerPoint wizard. Although the addition of such diagrams is intuitive, it is worth taking the time to animate the result. For diagrams with five shapes, for example, it is a good idea to display the information progressively, rather than presenting it all at once.

As an Irish native and English speaker I have been living and working in France for 17 years. I worked for 6 years as a full-time translator for a company designing web sites. 5 years ago, I decided to go freelance. I have wide experience in translating computer and Internet related subjects.
