Dear Parents:
Attached is the Emergency Student Information Card. Please bring this card (completely filled out) to the Student Orientation on Thursday, August 26, 2004 to receive your child(s) class schedule.
Emergency Cards must be completed and turned in on August 26th before schedules will be released
Student schedules will be distributed this year at a welcome back social and orientation activity on AUGUST 26th:
4:30-7:00 pm: Schedules will be distributed & P.E. clothes will be available for purchase. Quad area north of the gym.
5:00-6:00 pm: 6th grade students & parents will meet in the gym for orientation
6:15-6:45 pm: 7th grade students & parents will meet in the gym for orientation
7:00-7:30 pm: 8th grade students & parents will meet in the gym or orientation
If you are unable to attend orientation, class schedules will be given out on the first day of school in the gym beginning at 7:30 am. Please have your child bring the completed Emergency Card with them on the first day of school.
REMINDER
Seventh grade students must have been cleared by the nurse for immunizations (hepatitis) before schedules will be released. If you have not already provided proof of immunization you may bring it on August 26th at orientation.

Adjunto encontrarán la Tarjeta de Informa-ción de Emergencia del Estudiante. Por favor llénela y tráigala el jueves 26 de agosto de 2004 a la Orientación de Estudiantes, para recibir su horario de clases.
Las Tarjetas de Emergencia deberán estar completas y entregadas el 26 de agosto antes de que los horarios sean entregados
Los horarios de los estudiantes serán distribuidos éste año en la orientación y bienvenida social el 26 DE AGOSTO:
4:30-7:00 pm: Los horarios serán distri-buidos y los uniformes de Educación Física (P.E.) se encontrarán disponibles para su compra en el Cuadrante al norte del gimnasio.
5:00-6:00 pm: Los estudiantes de 6º grado y sus padres deberán presen-tarse en el gimnasio para la orientación
6:15-6:45 pm: Los estudiantes de 7º grado y sus padres deberán presen-tarse en el gimnasio para la orientación
7:00-7:30 pm: Los estudiantes de 8º grado y sus padres deberán presen-tarse en el gimnasio para la orientación
Si no es posible para ustedes asistir a la orientación, los horarios se entregarán el primer día de clases en el gimnasio a partir de las 7:30 am. Por favor envíen con sus hijos el primer día de clases la Tarjeta de Emergencia ya llena.
RECORDATORIO
Los estudiantes de Séptimo grado de-berán haber ido con la enfermera para que les revise sus vacunas (hepatitis) antes de que se entreguen los horarios. Si no han mostrado la tarjeta de vacu-nación, ustedes podrán traerla durante la orientación del 26 de agosto.
